The ones that do work are very dirty. This place needs to be upgraded to newer machines that work, and don't leak. It's a shame because this used to be a really nice laundromat. 8 out of the 16 washing machines are out of order. It is sad, this will be my last time here

Thank you for your professional service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my cellphone number was now entered correctly so I did not get a text when they were ready. I called a couple days after drop off to see if they were done and the young lady said they had been done the day I'd dropped them off. We got the number corrected in the system, so when I come back there won't be a delay in me picking my items up.

Clothes tables and 1 washing sink. The Cons: 1. Washing machines are a bit pricey. $9 charged to my pay card to use the 7 loads capacity washing machine. To make the most of this I was able to fit all of my clothes. 2. To wash separate clothes I used a smaller machine that still charged an extra $6.09 to the card. It adds up quick. 3. The dryers I used only went up to 10 minutes at a time . The first drying cycle was not enough to dry my clothes. 4. The holes inside the dryer are a bit large. One of the metal tips to one of my drawstrings got caught and damaged when pulling the clothes out of the dryer. 5. The pay card screen to load your card is a bit old so it's tricky to get the reader to read your card. It will take a few tries. Over all decent experience. The place is kind of small with limited waiting hairs.

I was just finishing up when this cute guy came in. We started talking and I then left. I sat in my car thinking if I should go back in and give him my phone number. I did. He did call and we went out. We are now married for 15 years. We even went back there and sat in front of the place with a bottle of wine to celebrate our first meeting. I wash at Muddy's now because she values you as a customer. She even accommodate you if you have like a 50 dollar bill, she'll break it down for you. I lost a couple clothing items and she held it for me and she told me she holds items for at least a few days in case people come back and they always do. One time she paid for my wash for a minor inconvenience. She's such a nice lady, her and her daughter take care of everything, they even wash your clothes for you for a small fee. It's more cozy and homey there too. Don't even waste your time at this Blue Kangaroo laundromat, go to Muddy's, it's literally right down the street! Just keep straight down Theodore and make a left at Plainfield Rd, it's right next door to a smoke shop.
