Very clean and well maintained laundromat. Our dryer decided to catch on fire so we went to this laundromat to dry our clothes.

The fact the he simply said that I was a liar was out of place this is the second time I've had issues with your employees. Great price for what you get. The washers and dryers are so quick. It is very clean, there is free wifi and places to sit. I love that is coin operated rather than losing money to a cash cards that will never have the exact amount you need. Been to a lot of different laundromats my favorite by far. read more

I have a washer/drier at home so I only go to public laundry services when I have special needs. This facility is within walking distance of my home. I arrived today to wash a large dog bed that my equipment can not handle. Upon arriving I found 2 machines were "unusable" because of something stuck on the walls of the machine drums, possible dried mud. The machine I used worked fine and I chose to air dry the bed so I did not need a drier. Going here always makes me grateful that I have equipment at home. I will say this is a great place for people watching; women in their slippers and men in their "I have to do laundry" clothing. LOL read more

Used the $4.50 washing machine for 15 minutes and my credit card was charged $20. Sent email, no response. Called, the attendants said 'sorry' but but don't seem to understand what I was saying. Clean Blue is still the nicest, cleanest laundromat in the area. Their new location is even cleaner than the older one, they have more tv's, have gotten more bigger machines (both washers and dryers) and still have attendants on duty during working hours. I'll never go anywhere else to wash my comforters! The prices have gone up: Dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes and 80 lb washers are $9.75 and you can still do drop, if you prefer. read more

I have my own washer and dryer so only used their services to clean a queen sized comforter. On the way in I noticed a sign that said they would wash and dry the item for me for $20 so I didn't need to wait for it. The representative I left it with was friendly and told me to come back any time after 3pm. I arrived to find another representative on duty at 3:15pm and was told it would not be ready for 30 more minutes. To make matters worse, I could see my comforter was in a dryer that wasn't even running at the time. Definitely not worth paying extra since I got stuck waiting for it anyway. Still giving 3 stars as the place looked clean and had a large number of washers and dryers. Might be a good place for anyone needing to use a laundromat more often. read more

My dryer broke so I searched for a laundromat and thought I would check this place out. It was nice and convenient, has a change machine, an atm, and some of the machines let you use credit card. It was clean inside and the attendant was helpful with how to work everything. A few machines were out of order but mostly everything worked. Wow! This is THE BEST LAUNDRY I have ever been in. It's a brand new store with heaps of washers and dryers in a variety of sizes. Staff were friendly and helpful and they sell any supplies you may need. They have free WiFi and a counter top with outlets and USB charge points. The store was spotless. What a fabulous laundromat! Staff very friendly and helpful. So clean and the machines are obviously new which is nice! There is also a couple restaurants and nail salon in the mall. Was nice to grab lunch while waiting for my laundry. Very safe and affordable! Was able to do all my laundry including several big blankets in less than an hour! It seems they also have an option to do the laundry for you and you just drop off and pick up! They had plenty of machines so can't imagine ever needing to wait for anything! Me? At a laundromat? I don't even like to do laundry let along take it to a remote location to share it with others. The last time I was in a laundromat was in college, I think, with me trying not to leave any of my "good underwear" behind. Well fast forward many years from those days and I found myself with a dirty comforter and a Groupon for the 63rd laundry. As I pull up to the location, I notice that there is plenty of parking and the smell of fabric softener wafting out the front door. So far . . .so good. I stop at the desk area in the front and explain what I need. The woman was terrific- taking my comforter from me and telling me to come back the next day to pick it up. What? They are going to launder it for me? Even better! Looking around there are plenty of the big machines for washing comforters, rugs and other things that don't belong in a regular washing machine. But there are also rows and rows of regular washers and dryers. The most noticeable thing about 63rd St Laundry is that the place is CLEAN. Laundromats have certainly come a long way since my college days where I wondered how a place that was meant to clean was always so dirty. Not the case here. The floors were shiny, there were trash cans readily available to throw paper and empty soap jugs into and the staff was there to help and lend a hand. I stopped back in the next day to pick up my comforter and it was ready, smelling fresh and clean and the whole experience cost me $7. That has to be the deal of the century! Not sure when I'll need a laundromat again, but when I do, you can bet I'll be heading to 63rd Street Laundry! read more

I am a frequent customer of Cleanblue but during my visit today at 5:30 pm. There is. Family present with their masks pulled down and their 6 year old running around yelling without a mask. The attendant here did not ask the customers to pull up their mask nor ask that their child put on a mask and stop running around the facility. I will not return during the pandemic if this is the new norm here. read more

My building only has 10 machines for about 100 units. I could fight tooth and nail for machines or wait until 2am. Instead, I pack my laundry up and head to 63rd street. It is on my way to work and has tons of machines. Huge bonuses for this place? Drop-off service! Machines that could wash a corpse! Regular washers big enough to take on extra large loads? Instead of having to do ten loads when I do my every 3 weeks laundry, I can most definitely cut back when I come here or just drop it off on my way to work! Comforter wouldn't fit in apt washer so, with company coming, was looking for a laundromat as I ran errands. Found this place in maps ap. Apparently this place opened recently and had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I was in a hurry and hadn't brought any change for product dispensers so I was glad to see they sell per use products from a counter and the machines accept credit cards. The staff was very helpful, advising which machine would be the best size. I was ready to put it in the largest capacity machine but he advised a smaller machine would be just fine. He even offered to treat a coffee stain with a stain remover for me! Even though this laundromat is 20 min from my apt it will now be my 'Go To'! There are 6 large screen TV's, drink and snack machines, plenty of washers, dryers, and rolling baskets, as well as clean surfaces for folding laundry with counter height seating. This is the best Laundromat Ive ever been to.I previously lived in the area and was a regular patron because the 6 unit apt I resided in only had 1 washer and dryer. I moved out of the area but continued to wash there because it was clean, the machines were well maintained. They also had great owners and attendants of whom I got to know well and that's through two ownerships. Great place to wash and will be happy when they reopen. read more

I don't frequent laundromats. Actually I dread going! The only time I go is to use the large machines for my comforters. But in all my 63 years I have never found any laundromat as nice and clean as this one.Just before I left the attendant was actually cleaning out all the lint screens. And went on to wash the floor.. There are 3 different size washing machines. From $4-$5 a load. Eight minutes of drying time for $.25. Free Wi-Fi and TV. Definitely will return. And next time I won't dread the chore. read more

Ok good points. It's clean and I don't have anything to compare it to! Bad points, they do NOT have working wifi. I sat there for half an afternoon with no wifi!!!! There is nothing to do or anything around to kill time , there is a Walgreens in this deserted strip center. I have used the drop off service which was very convenient and efficient but expensive , $1.25 a pound then I added a tip. Too much money! The big washers are 4.75 =19 quarters The plus side they are huge and can get a lot done I'm am not sure if I will keep going there, may have to check out other places . read more

This place is brand new. It is huge,very clean. The washing machines them selves are very clean and seems like they are doing a great job keeping the place brand new. The seals on the front loaders so clean,no mold like most other places,soap dispensers nice and clean ,insides of top loaders clean! This place is great! Machines work great. This place is ok. Washers start @2.75 which I consider a small load. But go up. The biggest is $8.75. I went in to do a bunch of comforters. Dryers were 8 minutes per quarter. That doesn't fly by me. read more

There are credit card and coin but the majority are coin. This is true for washers and dryers. Mix of price ranges for washers in line with increasing capacitors. Dryers are 8 minutes per 25 cents. While the emphasis is not on seating there are nine seats up front and more in back despite what other reviewer states. Plenty of carts with bins and racks for hangars built in. They are good about keeping doors open front and back to get a breeze thru building but plenty of heat coming off dryers. read more

So i was short 6.25 for the washer and I knew I could use the card so I stuck the card in the machine and just so happen to look at the account and it took out 20 so in walk up to the guy and I'm like this machine charge me 20 and I only had a balance of 6.25 he goes I know it processing but it should be back on the account by Monday so I'm like then you need to put a sign up and he goes I know I keep telling the boss that. So Monday I will be calling and speaking to the owner and I told him if my money not back in my account I want my money back and if I'm charged and over draft you all will be responsible for it typically this is a nice laundromat but this experience has taken me off guard. read more

Went here for the first time to wash both my college sons bedding(quilts, sheets,etc). I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The entire area was bright and clean with plenty of machines to use. I will definitely be going back and I am recommending to all my friends!! They also offer drop off service!! read more
