There are also plenty of machines, so I've never had a problem with availability. Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's a good mix of washer and dryer sizes, so whether you're doing a small load or bedding, you can usually find an appropriately sized machine. The staff are friendly and helpful; they greeted me, answered questions about cycle times, and helped when I had a minor card/coin issue. The on-site card machine loads money on the card which can be a hassle if you do not spend it all while there. It's a couple of blocks from the hotel I frequent so it's very convient. Overall, Wash Smart Lavanderia is a dependable, well-run laundromat with helpful staff and good amenities -- I'd recommend it for neighborhood laundry needs, especially if you go during off-peak hours.
