If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to wash blankets. The machine charges an additional 0.50 for hot water, but the machine had no warmth to it and the blankets came out cold. When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all. read more

Well, this is my first using this laundromat a Monday evening. While pulling up it seemed to be a nice area. As I was walking in --the waiting areas appeared to be nice and tidy. There were plenty of machines available. The ladies working here are very helpful. Even though it was a slight language barrier, nonetheless my issue was resolved. I'm here cleaning comforters and to me, it was pretty pricey. Especially when I had to rewash one of my comforters. It total out to $18.40 for two of the largest washers and $7.80 for the size under the larger washer. Overall the place is nice and comfortable. They have a vending area for washing detergents, other necessities, and snacks. Large screen tv's throughout the place. I didn't need to use the restroom, so I can't comment on that. The customers seemed nice and focused on getting the job done. I felt safe. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. read more

My wife Searching for a new place to to wash our clothes found this laundry. This is a very large facility and the Machines are always working. The workers are always nice and friendly. A very clean and well kept laundry. On a good day in the early afternoon you could come in and get right out. Plenty of parking spots when it's not crowded which is rare in the afternoon. Most people don't like the money load card system, I'm not crazy about it myself lol but that shouldn't deter you from a very nice laundry facility in a nice quiet area. This place is clean and quiet; however the cost is ridiculous it's $3.89 just for a single wash cycle with no adds on like an extra wash or rise cycle, and you don't know or are told the cost of anything until you already loaded the damn laundry card ! The drying cycle is more reasonable costing $0.49 which the best price I have every seen at a laundry mat, but I will not be back to wash my clothes. Typically I spend $6-9 to wash and dry three loads of clothes at this laundry mat for I paid $14.34 for the same three loads. read more

The large washers weren't working. The soap didn't disperse through out the load until the spin cycle. We asked the worker for assistance and he said he only cleans. We never got the opportunity to rewatch or he reimbursed after using two large washers that cost 9.70 each. The worker was rude and his manager who he called was very rude. Also as I walked throughout the laundry mat I saw other washers not soaping up and two other customers had the same issue. Very poor service and TOO EXPENSIVE! read more

I love this laundromat. It is always clean and well kept. An attendant is always there cleaning and keeping up with the place. It's big, plenty of washers of EVERY size. I like the laundry card they use because I can use my debit card to put money on it very easily while I'm there. I love this as I never have cash on me. Great, clean, and quiet! read more

First Time there the other day. It's a Nice Quiet Place to Wash Your Clothes and Quilts. My Only Con is that being My first time there was I didn't know everything was automated. Walked in with Quarters only to find out there was No Way of using them there. Everything is done on a Type of Prepaid Card. I even asked the attendent if they could exchange them for Bills to put on the Card. Her answer was simply they have No access to Money. Prices on machines also need to be marked clearly. It appears they are on digital form on the machine which are sometimes hard to read in direct Sunlight. read more
