I do not know if they are still doing free dryers anymore. I know it's not a huge laundromat, but it's cute and cozy in your local neighborhood! Cost at highest is around $5 for a 4-load.

Very good price. I need to dry my laundry due to an emergency. The place does need a laundry card, but no extra cost. It only costs me 50 cents and half of an hour to do the job! Also, the neighborhood is free street parking with enough slots on a weekend. In short, thumb up.

I usually use the drop-off service, and the turnaround time is quick, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that it's getting more popular, so it's not the hidden gem it used to be. I also like that they have a rewards system and a laundry card that works with cash, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and even EBT now--super convenient. The hours are flexible too, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule.

The pick-up & drop off was on time and I got notified via text message when they were nearby. Laundry came neatly folded and organized by category so putting it away was a breeze. Thankfully there is no strong detergent after-smell either. Highly recommend!

I was one of the last ones there along with two other older ladies, they seemed like regulars. As soon as the two other ladies left, the woman who worked there just turned off all the lights without a word! I was in middle folding my clothes and was packing to leave. I wasn't sure if they had simply locked up for the night with me still there! I had to go looking for the woman who worked there. When I asked if she could at least turn on a couple lights for a few minutes, so that I could at least see. The response I got was no. It's simple customer service to give customers a fair warning before turning off the lights! Oh, some of my clothes fell to the floor in the dark. I had to take them elsewhere to rewash them.

Wash Smart Lavanderia is a reliable spot for getting laundry done without fuss. The facility is…read morebright and generally very clean -- machines and folding tables are well maintained, and the floors and seating areas are kept tidy. There's a good mix of washer and dryer sizes, so whether you're doing a small load or bedding, you can usually find an appropriately sized machine. The staff are friendly and helpful; they greeted me, answered questions about cycle times, and helped when I had a minor card/coin issue. The on-site card machine loads money on the card which can be a hassle if you do not spend it all while there. It's a couple of blocks from the hotel I frequent so it's very convient. Overall, Wash Smart Lavanderia is a dependable, well-run laundromat with helpful staff and good amenities -- I'd recommend it for neighborhood laundry needs, especially if you go during off-peak hours.
