I usually use Washclub when I'm traveling a lot and don't have time to get my laundry done myself, especially since I hate doing laundry it's at the end of the priority list. So being able to leave my laundry with my doorman and get it back washed and folded the next day, or even same day, makes my life so much easier. They are always on time! Most recently, when I had to have my ENTIRE wardrobe dry cleaned (long story), Pressed worked with me on pricing and the quality never wavered, despite the significant size of the orders (10 orders with 15+pieces in each). I recommend Pressed to everyone who will listen and I'm grateful to the whole Pressed team (especially Benny) who made that daunting entire-wardrobe-project as painless as possible!

I started googling and connected with Maria at Pressed. My savior!! She sent a driver to my house Sunday to pick up my items (jacket, blazer, sweater dress, jump suit, and three dresses). Maria was extremely communicative even asking if I wanted business cards back in my blazer, removed pilling on the jacket, and repairing a small hole on the sweater dress. When the clothes came back to me exactly 24 hours later as promised, I was pleasantly surprised and one happy customer. Prices were comparable to my neighborhood shop if not a few dollars cheaper. How wonderful!! They left me a bag for orders--which I will be using. Note, the normal turnaround is 48 hours. Great work Pressed and thank you Maria!

I brought a number of projects including a pair of pants & jeans that I didn't want the legs to be so wide. The tailor suggested doing it so that you wouldn't see it. Both turned out very well and were nicely pressed as a bonus. On one top he added fabric he had so you couldn't see through the openings around the buttons, but the button placket was sticked down and I could no longer un-button it. He said he'd see what he could do but didn't think its would be possible. On another top that I wanted let out, he added fabric to the underarm which didn't have enough of a hem to let out. When I picked up an item that I had a small hole "re-weaved", I looked and still found a hole. I asked him to re-do it and he said he would do it quickly while I waited. He said it must be a 2nd hole. He came back with it in plastic. When I got home i saw that while repaired it was pulled too tightly and causing puckering. I brought it back to be fixed. When I picked it up all the work had been removed and the hole was back. I was told that the manager had emailed me and refunded me, saying that they couldn't do anything more for me. I checked for any communication and didn't find anything. Also, there was no refund of any kind from Greener Cleaner. Not happy here.
