Extremely disappointing experience. They broke the zipper on one of our jackets and while they agreed to fix it, the bigger issue was how they handled the situation. We're now without a winter jacket for another week because of their mistake, and management was incredibly rude and dismissive when we brought it up. I took my blazer here to be hemmed and I was specific about the buttons being sewed back on the blazer but they didn't do it as I had instructed. I was hesitant after seeing bad reviews but when my friend recommended these guys I tried them while in town. I had a wedding and my dress had to be hemmed and dry cleaned, there was a yellow stain on the hem from old makeup. I was forewarned that the stain may not come out, Cinderella cleaners tried their best to get rid of the stain and keep the fabric intact. I recently had 9 pants and 2 blazers altered @ Cinderella. Getting back in shape post COVID has not been easy but the amazing job their team did on each and every item was fantastic. They kept the shape of my blazers intact while still making the needed adjustments. The pants were brought in from waist to ankle at different adjustments and now have a top notch tailored look and feel. My only problem now is which ones to wear :). Don't trust these people with your clothes. I dropped off a silk robe to be cleaned and have a tie reattached; not only did they fail to either clean or fix the robe, they have lost the tie. Not only that, they held my other clothes hostage until I paid them for the work they had not done! Not a word of apology, and still no word on the missing piece of my clothing. I have asked for a call from the owner, no response. They told me it would be ready one day, I came back in and was told it hadn't even been sent back yet that day, let alone returned. Once again, no apology for wasting my time and causing aggravation. The staff have a terrible attitude, rude and inept. Clearly the owner cares as little about the customer as the terrible employees. Update: I went back to pick up the robe when they said it was fixed and they had attached a piece of polyester to my silk robe, having lost the silk tie. read more

They ruined my favorite white blazer!!! I'm mad at myself to trusting them and giving them a chance even though they have awful reviews. My blazer is M size and was perfect on me, but now after the cleaning it downsized to S size! It is smaller than it used to be. The worst manager and owner. Cinderella's cleaner is terrible. The manager used racial derogatory language on me and my wife. We sent a brand-new bridal dress and 8 other shirts for cleaning. The dress was destroyed. When I asked for a full refund, the older male manager refused. He raised his voice on me and asked me to leave the store. He claimed the store was closing for the day and it was before 6pm. I simply asked for his name and title and he simply refused and kicked me out. I asked for the name of the owner and he used racial terms on me. I then started recording video to document the incident. I was completely shocked that this was happening.. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. Specially to a customer. As a member of the media I know exactly how these cases work. You simply can't treat a costumer like this and use racial derogatory language. read more

The other reviews are true. They ruined two of my $150 dress shirts with brown rust colored stains on the sleeves. Stain removal did nothing. Slow turnaround time and mediocre customer service. Always felt like I was asking for a huge favor whenever I needed something turned in less than a week (they also charge extra for a "rush" for anything faster than about 3 business days). Went here for 6 months and was still consistently asked if it was my "first time". Employees and the owner just seem checked out. Yes, it's convenient if you live in McClurg but that's about it. I started going to June's Cleaners a block away and the experience has been fantastic - quick turnaround and she remembered me on my second visit. read more

I take full responsibility for being lazy and choosing locational ease over yelp reviews, but if you're the type of person to learn from others mistakes DO NOT go here. The customer service is awful. And usually I don't care, who doesn't hate their job? Sometimes or all the time? But what really got me are the new stains on my favorite skirt. I know I spilled avocado on part of it and I know fatty acids can be hard to remove, but there are new stains all over my skirt! Not only is my skirt not clean, but dirtier. Just don't do it. Out of the few incidences that I had to go to this place because of time constraint, I was treated horribly. Received awful customer service. Not only was the staff extremely slow, rude beyond belief, and inefficient, my clothes were returned wrinkled, stained (both original and new stains), with holes, and missing tag labels. This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. I live in the building and I had the displeasure to use their services twice. Very poor costumer service. The attendants are as slow as turtles and full of attitude. I have found hairs, stains and winkles on the clothes I have taken there. I don't understand how this place stays in business! They can't do half the stuff a normal dry cleaner can do, and when they say they can do it they mess it up! I have had three alterations and one dry cleaning done there, and they have NEVER EVER came back as ordered. I had jeans where I ordered an original hem, and it came back with the saddest looking normal hem I've ever seen. I also had a pair of dress slacks that weren't done evenly, and my dry-cleaning came back and it had stains. They completely ruined a white, fitted dress shirt I brought to be cleaned before a job interview. When I picked up the shirt, it was stained with black grease from the dry cleaning equipment. It took them over 2 months to try "re-cleaning" it before they gave me the shirt back (looking worse than before after 3 failed dry cleaning attempts) and offered a $5 coupon for my "inconvenience." I have had nothing but good experiences at this cleaners, my garments come back in a reasonable amount of time and I have never had an issue with any of my things being wrinkled or spotty as I have with other places.
