On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Could be a really good place to go to wash with a little more thought put into it!!!!

I paid for same day service, and after arrive l arriving right on time, the friendly rep met me right at my front door and took the several bags of laundry. They finished the laundry super quick, and just finished dropping it off - again, the rep was super friendly. The laundry smells wonderfully clean, and the clothing is filled better than I could ever hope to accomplish even on my best day. I will most definitely be using this service many more times to come. People were using them for storage instead of just getting their wet clothes out of the machine the guy never asked anyone to use the equipment properly nor did he ask people to remove clothes just sitting here.

Still, they only sell lotto tickets because the food is usually outdated, and drinks are barely there either. I probably should've known better, but you know, as mom's when we're just trying to get things done, we let little things slide here and there. Some of his machines have taken my money before a quarter here, or there it's like, OK, whatever, I'm just trying to get this wash done so the family can go about our day. The owner mistreated me today, and I'm always nice to him. one of the machines stopped working, I had to remove my clothes and put them into a new washer dripping wet. I waited for the owner to come to work and was trying to be as polite as possible, and he turned around and told me I was the one that broke the machine that it was my fault and he would not refund my money. The crazy thing is before he came, there were two men in the laundromat this morning And said, good luck getting your money because he doesn't give refunds. Now I know a few of you have probably visited this area before, but the guy treated me so horrible I think no one should shop or do business in the shopping center again. He told me that this was his business and he could conduct business however he wanted. I demanded my five dollars back, and he threatened to call the police on me . Finally, his wife gave me the money and pushed me out. Literally There was another lady that was there too, and she says he does all the time . He always does this. She says he's done it to me before, and I've seen them do it to other women. When something goes wrong with the machine, he blames the user. However, half of the machines have out-of-order signs on them. She said today was her last day doing business with him too. When you come to do business in our neighborhood, you should treat us as customers. I have spent money With him for years and even told him he could pull me up in his system because I've also dry clean with him, and he did not care. So I've come to the mom squad just put it out there don't do business here. If something happens, he will blame you.

It was below 0℉ and I did not want to wash but I also didn't want to freeze to death. So here I was... They take credit cards!! Now most people would be wary to use a card in a laundromat but I was more worried about carrying cash at 3 am. Pleasant experience overall. Clean parking lot and friendly staff. The washers are huge and the dryers actually dry. Free coffee Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 11 am. There's a $5 off drop off service online. Oh yeah, this place has a website.

I love the pick up and drop off service here, sometimes I don't have time to hang around and it's nice to have that option. I had a machine eat money off of my card at 3 am and the gal was super about it. They actually have a really high tech system with their cards to fight fraud. They track all of your purchases and can narrow down which machine took your money and when. Never seen that before haha A few machines are out on occasion but there's plenty more to go around. Free dry!!!
