I usually use the drop-off service, and the turnaround time is quick, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that it's getting more popular, so it's not the hidden gem it used to be. I also like that they have a rewards system and a laundry card that works with cash, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and even EBT now--super convenient. The hours are flexible too, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule.

Loopie Laundry is definitely a stand-out amongst other such laundry services…read more I've tried several different wash and fold companies, and they've all come up short. Until now. The four vs five stars I'm giving is only due to not being completely satisfied with a few returned items and a lost sock. The four stars vs less is due to the outstanding customer service received all the way through. When reaching out to them about my lack of 100% satisfaction, they did not get defensive. Instead, they apologised and went straight to troubleshooting. Lest someone read this and decide to dishonestly take advantage of their kindness. I won't go into the steps they took to remediate. Suffice to say, they went above and beyond and were patient, kind, and helpful all along the way. I believe I have finally found my go-to laundry service company!

There is ample parking out front, plenty of space inside to wait around or fold clothes, and a couple vending machines to satisfy your appetite. My favorite part is that all the machines are high quality and take credit card. It's so nice to not have to hoard cash for trips here, just swipe and go! There are also plenty of machines, so I've never had a problem with availability. Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's also a gas station across the street. Overall, I like coming here and feel like my clothes get well-cleaned every time!

The facility is…read morebright and generally very clean -- machines and folding tables are well maintained, and the floors and seating areas are kept tidy. There's a good mix of washer and dryer sizes, so whether you're doing a small load or bedding, you can usually find an appropriately sized machine. The staff are friendly and helpful; they greeted me, answered questions about cycle times, and helped when I had a minor card/coin issue. The on-site card machine loads money on the card which can be a hassle if you do not spend it all while there. It's a couple of blocks from the hotel I frequent so it's very convient. Overall, Wash Smart Lavanderia is a dependable, well-run laundromat with helpful staff and good amenities -- I'd recommend it for neighborhood laundry needs, especially if you go during off-peak hours.
