I rarely use a laundromat but this one is close to where I live. To start with, most of the machines were out of order. I was one of the last ones there along with two other older ladies, they seemed like regulars. As soon as the two other ladies left, the woman who worked there just turned off all the lights without a word! I was in middle folding my clothes and was packing to leave. I wasn't sure if they had simply locked up for the night with me still there! I had to go looking for the woman who worked there. When I asked if she could at least turn on a couple lights for a few minutes, so that I could at least see. The response I got was no. It's simple customer service to give customers a fair warning before turning off the lights! Oh, some of my clothes fell to the floor in the dark. I'm surprise to see such bad reviews about this place. I've been coming to this laundry mat for over 3 years and I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the place.. when ever I come (whether it's during the week or weekend) it's usually very clean and not busy. The guy that's in charge is very nice, friendly and helpful. He's usually keeping an eye on who's coming in that might need help bringing in their clothes. I always see him cleaning the machines or sweeping/moping. The machines range in price depending on the loads. The smallest start at 2.75 and the biggest washers go for 8 dollars. The dryers are pretty cheap too; .25 cents for 15 min. They sell detergent, softener and laundry bags if you need them. They have vending machines so you can get yourself a snack as you wait for your clothes. They even have free wifi!! Can't beat that! Lol. They're in the middle of adding some sort of small food court so they will start selling food. So that should tell you this place isn't as bad as people say.. They are following COVID protocols and are enforcing that you wear a mask and they supply soap and paper towels so you can wash your hands as often as you like. As for the hours, they have changed because of COVID but from my understanding they're open until 7 or 8 p.m. This place over all is good. So if you do live in the area, give them a chance. :) read more

terrific laundry mat. the washers vary for every size load and budget you may have. super friendly and helpful staff. huge dryers. i've never had to wait for a wash or dry. it's a very calm atmosphere. the light that comes into their big windows and lovely skylight makes it a very pleasant experience. the plants all over make it feel very fresh and the machines are always nice and clean. i visit my mom often who has a washer and dryer i can use for free, but i love coming here so much, that i do very often. read more

I enjoy coming to this laundromat because the people that work here are very kind, the prices are pretty cheap, and give a good service.

I actually HATE that my apartment has no in-unit washer or dryer, I HATE that there's not even one to share between two apartments, and I HATE HATE HATE having to walk down the street with a laundry bag, looking like I just "stole Christmas" as my roommate put it, but I really like this laundromat. It's fairly clean, open late, cheaper than the other laundromat in the area and has everything you could possibly need ready to purchase. They have little cups of coffee (with cream and sugar) or little cups of hot cocoa, both for 25 cents. Their double loaders are $2. They have plenty of machines. There's snack, soda, soap, dryer sheet and ice cream vending machines. There's also games if I remember correctly. It's also close to other places for food and what not. What I REALLY like about the washers is that they also give you a time estimate for when your clothes will be done washing =) I'm a fan. read more

I usually hate laundromats. Most of the time they're crowded, you can never find a place to sit down for a bit, and most turn you upside down and shake you until your pockets are completely empty of quarters. That said, this place is fairly priced ($2 - $4 for wash, a quarter for dry). Even on crowded days, this joint doesn't feel crowded. There's a decent amount of random chairs and benches to pop a squat on and even a couple of arcade games. There's a little convenience mart next door in case you want to break a larger bill. The guy won't give you solid change, but if you buy a bag of chips with a ten you'll be able to feed one of the many change machines at the laundromat something smaller. The coffee machine is a bonus and most of the time most machines are working. read more

I think for a laundromat this place isn't bad at all. Washers of all sizes and the dryers are big. $0.25 gives you 15 minutes of dry time. I liked that it was so empty I could use four dryers with smaller loads, really cut down on my dry time! I'll go back :) read more

They are supposed to be open til 11:30. I came in right at 10. The store was closed. I asked one of the guys and he said they do last call at 9:30! Excuse me?! How are people supposed to know that? False advertising. KEEP YOUR STORES OPEN! You will never get my money. No thanks. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood and really liked going to this place. Sadly, the last time I was there I looked around and saw A LOT of roaches which terrify me so I spend the next hour and half fighting my own neurosis. If they would bomb this place, I'd definitely go back. read more

Zero stars. Washing machine wasnt working properly. Prewash cycle did not have water at all so we caled for help. The lady "in charge" saw the machine going without water and after 5 minutes there was water that started flowing into the machine. She said "oh there is water now". BUT our clothes were being "washed" without water for 10 minutes. Also we pointed out that the water was cold when we had selected hot. She then said but the water is on warm. I said, but its NOT warm, feel it! She continued to say but it's ON warm. She said she couldnt do anything and was being spectacularly rude and unprofessional. I understand that it is not a lot of money to be all bent out of shape with but time is very important as we allocate a certain time to do things. I am upset because this lady was trusted by the owners to take care of business and she was doing the exact opposite. She had been given the opportunity to rectify the situation several times and refused. I still wish to speak with the owner as soon as possible. read more

Average laundry mat... has the huge washers that cost 7.50 where you can fit like 10 loads... but it is a bit dirty.

I hate to be that guy, but I was pretty unimpressed with service at this place. They close at 11:30pm and let the last loads of the evening go in at 10. I got there at 9:55 and they tried to shut me out. The lady said "sorry, we're closed." I showed her the time and had to demand to be let into do my laundry before she finally rolled her eyes and obliged. Then, as i was there, she made sure to ask me to put my laundry on only one wash cycle. read more

I come here every single saturday or sunday. It's clean, it's cheap and it's all good. The only thing I don't like is that during the summer, the owners don't have the AC on when it's like 80 to 100 degrees, it literally feels like I'm on a dessert when washing during the summer. I don't know what's up with that, they've always been cheap. read more
