The hem, stitching was perfect. No puckering, no pulling, hem was even, looks like I bought it that way. Then I took a top long in back to have the back update to same length as the front. It was perfect. Hem was even, no folds in the hem, perfect. A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. The first time I went there, I advised the attendant of this issue, but, evidently she either didn't advise the owner or they just don't care! There's no sign letting you know this either - you go to use the bathroom and find out when you try to flush. So, for these reasons they're only getting 2 stars. I might give them more if they fixed the bathroom and added more drying time to the dryers. But when they can't fix an issue IN A MONTHS TIME, that's either laziness or just lack of interest. The dryers aren't heating properly, and some of the washing machines don't get water until the cycle is damn near over. You end up having to add extra detergent and water from the sink just to get proper suds. When I brought these issues to the attendant's attention, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was met with an attitude and told that they "aren't mechanics" and that the water valve is slow. I never said you were a mechanic. I was informing you of an issue so that management could be made aware and, at the very least, a sign could be posted to let customers know there's a problem with certain machines. There's absolutely no reason to be rude to someone who is simply trying to make you aware of an issue. Customer service still matters. And then there are two giant signs that say NO PARKING, yet people are still allowed to park there. This makes it extremely difficult to bring your laundry through the front door, especially when you're carrying multiple bags or trying to load and unload your clothes. It also makes it difficult to access the designated parking area. This place really needs some attention. I hate to see a laundromat that used to be one of the best in the Heights go downhill because of poorly maintained equipment, confusing parking, and poor customer service. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and gets things fixed.

None of the machines have hot water to clean your whites. The big machines don't have enough water that when I remove my clothes about half of them didn't even absorb any water. The owner keeps increasing the price for each machines even though the machines are older and dirtier than the last time she increased them. Also, most of the time the change machine is off. When it is on, she is in there asking if I'm washing my clothes while I'm getting change. Even though there's bathroom in there, it's always lock and when it's not, it's dirty and stinky.
