This place is trash. Don't go here. They don't maintain their machines. The restroom doesnt even have soap or a way to dry your hands. If you call the owner at 630-674-0678, he proceeds to tell you how to shut his circuit breakers off to the broken machines, so it will unlock and you can take out your soaking wet clothes, he treats you unprofessionally, yelling at you. He says he's watching you on the cameras but he can't get off his @$$ to repair his machines. This is the first and only time I've been here. Go somewhere else. Now I have to pay to re-wash my clothes because their useless machines kept going for 2 hours until I had to shut off the electricity. The machine are so filthy, they actually left marks on my clothing as I took them out. Disgusting!!! read more

this place is a dump. half the doors are off the wash machines and dryers. the wash machines smell like mildew, floors and chairs are filthy and if you need to use the restroom my advice would be to hold it or go outside, it's complete filth. this business owner should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Today my laundry to wash and dry and arrived at 6:30 a.m. The issues were many Washers out of service. 9 dryers out of service on one side of the wall of dryers. One Dryer ate 2 quarters and wouldn't return my quarters or start drying so I called the number of the owner listed on the sign and left a voicemail. I moved my clothing to a second dryer and started drying it, after 4 quarters the clothing was still wet and I called back the owner. This dryer didn't have a lot of clothing in it and it was light weight. It's $0.25 for 8 min. On the Second call I made to the Owner he answered and he extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. He told me he didn't answer my call because of "my area code," (even tho I left a voicemail saying my name and what the issue was) and that he has the "nicest laundromat in the area," and if I wanted my quarters back I could try to come back 7-9 pm but since I complained I might not get a refund. Owner is a complete ass hat and I won't be returning. Left with wet clothes and the disgusting attitude of a miserable owner. Hey man your laundromat is filthy, your dryers don't dry the clothes, your building is filled with mostly out of service washer and dryers - I'll pass. read more

Please spare yourself. The facility is never clean, the owner is so disrespectful after telling him the machine doesn't work he told me (a mom of two) to take my wet clothes and go somewhere else. I've been using this place for over 20 years but this owner is so rude and cheap the machines never work properly, I urge people to use a different laundromat read more

Horrible will never be going there again! The washer ate my money & I seen a man walking around looking at the machines & I asked him if he worked there he said I only come & close then he tells me isn't it to late for you to be doing ur laundry! Excuse me but I work 2 jobs! I explained to him what was going on with the machine & he began to say well that's not good & now it's costing me money really Omg! He then brought me change & continued to scold me telling me it was too late for me to be doing my laundry and began to yell and argue about me doing my laundry so late. I felt very uncomfortable it was just he & I. I did not appreciate him yelling at me about doing my laundry!! I arrived at the laundromat at 8:45 & by 9:00 pm he was complaining about me doing my laundry! then at 9:15 he began to turn off the lights really! I even told him I was uncomfortable with the lights off he said he couldn't do anything about it! Then he sits on the blue folding table right in front of my dryer's & starts staring at me & the dryers. I felt so uncomfortable. I left with half of my clothes still wet. I will NEVER go there again! I will take my $60 worth of laundry elsewhere. read more

The place is clean and all the machines work well. The drawback is that with the dryers, you only get a whopping 8 MINUTES OF DRYING TIME FOR A QUARTER! Most laundromats give you a minimum of 15 minutes for a quarter. So it winds up getting expensive to do your laundry there. Also, I have been there twice in the last 4 weeks, and, each time, the bathroom has been out of order (the toilet doesn't flush!)! The first time I went there, I advised the attendant of this issue, but, evidently she either didn't advise the owner or they just don't care! There's no sign letting you know this either - you go to use the bathroom and find out when you try to flush. So, for these reasons they're only getting 2 stars. I might give them more if they fixed the bathroom and added more drying time to the dryers. But when they can't fix an issue IN A MONTHS TIME, that's either laziness or just lack of interest. Guess the owner just comes to collect the money!! read more

Teresa has short changed me for the last time. I have never lied to anyone. She has made me feel like I lied to her about the dryers. I have gone here for 15 years. I will never return again. I don't like my daughter being verbally attracted by an employee. She caused my daughter a panic attack. I asked for the owner's number. I was told not aloud to hand it out. Have you ever wondered why your clothes are still wet when you put enough Quarters in the dryer to dry them? Have you asked your self why is the dryer not heating up when the clothes are on high for 30 to 40 minutes? Has any of the people who work at the laundromat say well you just put to much in or the clothes are to heavy even tho you have other dryers that dried the other clothes you have? Well a simple Google search answered all those questions for me. Simply hold the heat setting you have set and hold start at the same time. That will give you the temperature of the dryer is at. Anything lower than 175 for the high is to low to dry. read more

I went to pick up my dry cleaning and they had increased the price without calling me. I told them that my copy of the receipt is lower than theirs, they said- oh well these shirts were more money to clean. When I tried to pay with my credit card they informed me they don't take any cards or checks...cash only! So now they are holding my clothes for ransom while I have to go and get cash. Sounds fishy to me. I told them they have terrible business practices and I will never use their services again, they just shrugged their shoulders. read more
