When I questioned it, I was met with an unprofessional comment: "you're a long way from home." The whole interaction felt dismissive and, honestly, a bit like I was being profiled rather than helped. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother.
