Don't have boost mobile and simply asked to look up my phone type which took 30 seconds for the proper screen order and np I'll keep spreading the good news. I brought in my daughter's iPod touch 6th gen with a cracked screen and my son's 3DS XL. The digitizer on 3DS XL screen wasn't working but the screen was intact. iFix no longer fix game screens because the cost of the repair is worth more than the device itself, as I was told. However, the iPod touch was easily repaired in 90 minutes with a lifetime warranty. I'm very happy with the service I received. The staff is super friendly as well. Initially I was very pleased with this service ... They were easy to set an appointment up with and prompt but my screen cracked again 28 days later in my pocket? I was told this wasn't under warranty which basically meant to me that nothing is under warranty once you pay. The owner offered me $5 off on a $100 repair to replace this and when I told him this didn't seem like much of a concession on what should of been a warranty claim he told me he didn't have to do anything. I think you probably have better options out there and additionally feel like they are using inferior after market parts. read more

My experiences with this company have been nothing but fabulous. I have had to have multiple devices fixed numerous times due to my own careless actions. Every time they are very punctual and happy to pick up and drop off my device. The customer service is outstanding. I'm not sure where these five star reviews come from. Initially I was pleased with the quick service. However, quick is clearly not always better. I took my iPad in due to a cracked and scratched screen. First, the girl called me to tell me there were no cracks in my screen and I didn't need it replaced. This should have been my first indication not to go here. I explained to her exactly where the cracks and scratches were located and explained what happened when using my touch screen and stylus. So they replaced it for a whopping $200. Would have actually been cheaper to go to Apple. I can't believe they actually gave me back an iPad with the screen clearly coming off at the bottom. As in, I could see the strip of tape adhesive, the screen was popping off, and the screen now rippled everywhere I touched it. So I came back in, she said she'd take a look and apply more adhesive. I waited for a call back that day, never got one. Waited until after work the next day and still nothing. I had left a voicemail that morning, which no one called back. When I finally got an answer, she was very rude about it. How can you be annoyed at mistakes that you're the one making? So I picked it up, it's still not all the way on, the screen still ripples horribly, and the home button is now clearly off, the screen was either not the right one or simply didn't fit right because it's some knock off. So she brings her husband out instead, to which he tells me there's a warranty but there's nothing else he can do because "iPads are not meant to be hit." Mind you I wasn't hitting my $1000+ device, literally using my finger or Apple Pencil causes it to ripple, which it never had before. So he tells me the only other thing I can do is replace the screen again. "Try a different screen" were actually his words; indicating they don't really care or use products even meant for this type of thing. The back of the iPad is also full of scratches now which it hadn't been before as it's been in a hard protective case since the day I got it. Will never be going here again. Completely crapped away $200 and now have a home button that's actually stuck under the screen, so I can't even press the button. How convenient. read more
