Most service is provided on site, with pickup and delivery available when a repair needs to be completed off site. Drop off service is available by appointment.

I’ve been helping homes and small businesses in Wilmington and the surrounding area since 2009. I enjoy figuring out problems, finding practical solutions, and making technology easier to deal with.
What I like most about this work is that every job is a little different. One day I might be repairing a computer, the next I’m setting up a network, building a website, recovering data, or helping a small business improve its technology.
I believe good tech support should be clear, honest, and personal. I work directly with my customers, explain the options in plain language, and try to recommend what makes the most sense for the situation.
