There is a standard service fee for analyzing your item to find out what's wrong with it. The tech took some time to repair the gaming devices because 1.) parts have to be ordered and 2.) the items I brought in were older devices. That said, the first device was repairable and worked like new. The second device could not be fixed and the tech only charged me the standard service fee, nothing more. Quality work for the price and I will return if I need anything else repaired.

Then after I got home I realized I left the charger for my Razer pc there. Went back and of course, " oh no, whatever you brought with we gave back". So I needed to measure the port and order a new generic charger from Amazon. I'm sure my old one ended up on eBay. Whatever. If you feel like you absolutely need to get something repaired there, DO THIS: Take a picture of what you are dropping off, and have him write the inventory of those items on the invoice he fills out! CYA! (Cover Your Ass). Otherwise be prepared to have him argue with you on the phone when you ask why it's taking so long. Don't say I didn't warn you lol.
