They were non-traditional parts for a trophy and they were eager to help me get the perfect trophy. I dropped it off a little over a week ago and can't wait to see what they come back with. The girl behind the counter was super nice and overly helpful. She showed me options to keep cost down and helped with a few ideas of her own that were good. I am very excited and hope to amend this review and give the another star. **update** I never finished this review. I wanted a trophy that would spurn jealousy in all who gazed upon it and they delivered. I have a majestic 3+ foot tall trophy with a unicorn on top. I don't think anything could have been done to make it better. Hats off to them and I apologize for the multi year delay in giving them the full 5 stars.
