When we meeded advice, the staff went to the most knowledgeable people they had INSTEAD of talking around in circles. There were no pressured sales. The management there is rude and condescending to say the least . They promised they would make the problem right even if it meant replacing floor according to our salesman , well in the end it amounted to them only paying for half the cost to replace it . Have to be crazy if they thought I would give them even 1 more dollar to fix what they installed . This store for sure did not live up to their promises of making the customer happy . Will never shop there again and will urge anyone I know to do the same . UNHAPPY FCA FORMER CUSTOMER
