I'm new in town and five star is my new favorite place. Excellent store with a huge selection. Their customer service is beyond stellar! If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. After only one visit and a week later, they still remembered me right away! I was beyond impressed! I told them juices I liked and they got them. Like who does that anymore? Five star does! Customer service goes a long way and five star goes above and beyond. They have excellent product knowledge too. They know their stuff and they know exactly what they have. All the staff is very kind and courteous. Even their prices are excellent. Don't bother with any other shops, this is the place to go. They earned a life long customer here. read more

This is the best vape shop I've ever been to. The people are kind, helpful funny. I've been going there for 10 years. I've had to use other vape shops due to where I may be, and none of them compare. Keep up the good work. Their prices are outstanding. The owner is like talking with my own dad. I've spent more time hanging out then it took to make my purchase!!!! read more

This place is really nice and clean, doesn't reek of smoke, and the shop owners are very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of eHookah juices and electronics to keep the taste buds satisfied for a long time. One of the guys was very helpful in switching out a unit for me that just didn't taste right. He swapped out for a new unit, no questions asked. I just had to add them on Yelp so others could find this shop. read more

I recommend this shop for its vast amount of ejuice sold there. I like the employee who seem knowledgeable and polite. The customers were friendly and enjoyed vaping... if your into vaping and don't mind the tobacco sold there as well you probably would agree that this business has essential needs for beginner or hobby type vapers. read more

I started out going to S.I. vapers in Bradley but found they didn't seem to have a full knowledge of the products they sold. Started going to Five star Vapes and these guys are not only helpful and friendly but REALLY know their stuff. I also found that the pricing at Five Stare to be inline with what any site on the net. Great selection of everything vape. I will be conducting all of my business at Five Star going forward!! read more

It's the ONLY PLACE I go to for vapes and kratom. Rose helps me pick out vapes. She knows what kind I like and gives me some ideas and recommends anything new. She is SPOT on every time! Honestly I live closer to other vape stores yet I go the extra mile to shop here. It's always clean and well stocked. Again, Rose is my girl... she's a true asset to 5 Star.
