Simply stated that I myself could make the drive to pick Up the filter today or would have to wait until Monday for someone to be able to drop one off. Perhaps I expected too much, but when you pay in full for an appliance along with a delivery and install fee, don't you expect to receive said appliance in its full working condition? I simply asked if I took the time to make the trip up today, could a spare filter then be included -"Nope."
