Our furnace stopped working on the 12/14/25, the coldest day of the year so we were in desperate need to find someone experienced who could help. Luckily, my good friend had just had servicing done on her furnace and recommended this business to me. I called on 12/16/25 late afternoon and the owner answered the phone. Very professional and was willing to stop by later that evening to take a look. I was relieved. He came by and informed me that a small fire erupted inside the furnace due to a part exploding. He told us we were very fortunate it didn't start a house fire. He also informed us that we needed a new furnace which is not the news we wanted as they are costly but we now knew what needed to be done. He worked with us to tell us our options. We were able to make an appointment on 12/18/25 at 10 a.m. for his crew to come and install the new furnace. This business is very efficient. The owner called me on 12/17 late afternoon to see if he could come and uninstall the old furnace which is very old and heavy. I agreed and this helped because it saved time from the actual installation of the new furnace the next day. On 12/18/25, three of them came out and worked diligently on the furnace in our basement. I was impressed with how they worked as a team - I could hear them being friendly to each other, laughing, one singing and just getting along well. When they finished the job, they explained how to use the new thermostat. The furnace heated the house well and they hauled away the old furnace as well. We even received a follow-up the next day from the owner as to how the furnace was working which was extremely considerate. I highly recommend this business. They are licensed with the City of Chicago and bonded. They are helpful and answer whatever questions you may have. They also have financing options should you need that assistance. We felt that their prices are really good compared to other HVAC places for the same service. We definitely will use them again when the need arises. A+++! in our books.
