I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued.
