When the serviceman came he said he was told it was a Maytag and that certain guys fix different brands. We had water coming out from under the machine. I told him I thought it was the pump. He never took the front off the machine to inspect the pump. He said it was due to the drain hose inserted too far into the drain. It was an $85 service fee down the drain (no pun intended). Still leaks. Time to call ABT Appliance.

He was not only professional, he was transparent and showed us exactly what he was replacing and demonstrated the before and after so we understood. I would confidently recommend Ricci Washer & Dryer.

I called him that day. He said he had other projects to complete. We rescheduled. He was OK working on my equipment in my absence so he came to my house. I had the pressure washer and the water hose laid out in my backyard. Marc called me and told me that he had got the equipment running. I was so excited to hear the good news that I paid him using Cash App and tipped him an extra $10 on top of what he charged without ch the machine myself. When I attempt to use the pressure washer, I ran into the same issue before Marc claim he fix the it. I text him called him to have him come back out at a later time with no success. He has not answered my calls nor my text messages therefore I had to hire someone else to repair my machine. I have personally never met the man . I think he lacks professionalism and loyalty to his customers and a willingness to see a project through to the end. I have nothing good to say about my experience and dealing with Mark Small engine repairs. I only hope that for his sake as a businessman, he can see the errors of his way, and begin to repair them before long. I strongly believe that what goes around comes around.
