I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation. I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Spectacular work! Anvar is awesome! Very professional and super timely with his responses and his work!! He fixed our issue with our Thermador range top cook top super fast! It wasn't working and about 2.5 hours later (which was super fast) he had the stove top cleaner than what our maid service does and had the cook top working perfectly! The flames are wonderful! My dryer was screeching, so loudly. It was like nails on a chalkboard making out ears throb. I requested a quote and Anwar responded in less that 10 mins. He was punctual, honest and reasonable. He explained what parts needed to be replaced and ordered them. 2 Days later was back replacing the ild parts, he even showed me the old parts and where the wear down was. To top it off he cleaned my dryer, looks brand new and showed me all the things that he found in the dryer due to my kids not checking their pockets. Wow! This was by far the best experience I've ever had interacting with an appliance repair technician, and I've had quite a lot of such interactions. Anwar responded promptly, was easy to coordinate with via text messages, showed up on time, and took care of the job efficiently. When I first found Super Master Appliance, I was suspicious about the consistent 5-star ratings on Yelp. I have used online reviews many times and found that nobody is able to please everyone. After using his services, I have to agree Anvar is the best! I called and asked him to come out to provide an estimate to repair a microwave oven that was part of a built-in KitchenAid combination oven/microwave. This was a 20-year-old unit that ran, but no longer warmed anything. He came out and spent some time determining that it could be caused by any one of three parts. He provided a quote to replace all three for the repair. Although a little high, it beat replacing the entire unit. While he was here, I asked him about out KitchenAid refrigerator ice maker which would periodically freeze up. I wasn't optimistic since it had been doing that for many years. I already had three other companies work on it, including the KitchenAid recommended service company without correcting the problem. Anvar suggested replacing the ice-maker for a very reasonable price. I accepted both quotes and paid a deposit to order the parts. He said it could take up to a week to get the parts. After only three days he called me to schedule the repair. He was available at a time that was convenient for me and returned to fix both units. He spent two hours removing the oven unit from the wall, replacing the parts, putting it back, and testing. He also replaced the ice maker. I waited a couple weeks to post this review so I could verify the icemaker was no longer a problem. I am delighted that he was able to fix this chronic problem that left three other repairmen stumped. I will definitely call him back for any appliance repairs I need in the future. read more
