Service was excellent! Once I contacted Super Master I got an immediate response and a scheduled appointment. Anvar was very professional and easy to talk to about the repairs. He fixed two of my older (2008) Kitchen Aid ovens and cooktop. Years ago a Kitchen Aid repair man said you could not get the parts to fix it. Anvar got the parts with no problem and now it's working perfectly after 10 years! I recommend Super Master. I'm doing this review 3 weeks later because I want to make sure my appliance was still working before I did my review. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars...4 stars because they returned my call within 24 hours and 3 stars because of price and business practice (which brought it down from 4/5), and EXTREMELY Pricey!! They charge $85 for the diagnosis, which will be deducted from the Repair cost (C'mon, I knew ppl in the trade, you're paying for it regardless). I pretty much told him what the problem was and what needed to be replaced. I would have done it myself but with recent hand surgery I was handicapped. So the tech did the diagnosis and 'lo and behold', exactly what I told him. I guess they need to go through the motions just to cover their butt. The tech does a little diddle on his cell phone and comes up with a price about $400 and needed a deposit of $150. No breakdown, no estimate nothing to show me on his phone, just that's what its going to cost. (Water valve on a dishwasher). I wrote a check for $150 and asked for a receipt...at least. still no breakdown of parts, labor or house call. (shady in my book...don't show the customer anything) The tech said he'd have to order the part and would be back in a couple of days. I did a little research and the most expensive replacement for that model would have been $60, their charge was ~ $200. Says it was OEM out of Germany. The tech replaced the part and I asked if I could have the old one. He told me no because there was a "core charge". REALLY!!! OK, Car Batteries, Starters and Alternators, Yes, A crappy little water valve...what am I, stupid. I asked for an Itemized receipt and all I got was a total, minus the deposit, otherwise it sounded like it would have been, just pay me and 'see ya later'! Guys, you don't know what I used to do for a living, you probably won't be my first choice if I need help in the future! read more

Came over within a day of my calling to report an issue with my dishwasher, spent 10 minutes looking at the issue and ordering the part. Came back 2 days later during the promise time, installed the new part and now the dishwasher runs like new. This was probably the smoothest experience I've ever had with an appliance repair technician and would definitely call him again if needed for anything. read more

My KitchenAid ice dispenser door needed repaired, so I got onto Yelp, read the reviews and chose Super Master Appliance, because of all of his great reviews.....Anvar is the technician, but I know him as the magician! Of course, the part that was needed to repair the dispenser door was not available, thus I would've had to order an entire freezer door..... which besides the cost would've been very unsavory.... But Anvar performed some magic tricks and repaired my ice trap door! I am telling you not only is he as nice as can be, but he is a genius when it comes to appliances. I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Spectacular work! Anvar is awesome! Very professional and super timely with his responses and his work!! He fixed our issue with our Thermador range top cook top super fast! It wasn't working and about 2.5 hours later (which was super fast) he had the stove top cleaner than what our maid service does and had the cook top working perfectly! The flames are wonderful! My dryer was screeching, so loudly. It was like nails on a chalkboard making out ears throb. I requested a quote and Anwar responded in less that 10 mins. He was punctual, honest and reasonable. Wow! This was by far the best experience I've ever had interacting with an appliance repair technician, and I've had quite a lot of such interactions. Anwar responded promptly, was easy to coordinate with via text messages, showed up on time, and took care of the job efficiently.
