The delivery process went great - The gentleman from the apparent outside contracted delivery service were kind and careful. After installation it was found that Maruszczak Appliance did not include/forgot the refrigerators filter, which comes standard with purchase. As a result the delivered refrigerator screen is showing red error messages along with no running water/ice As the filter is needed for said function. Purchase was made on a Thursday, delivered on Saturday morning. Gentleman who installed said they would reach out and have a representative deliver the filter same day. After doing my own due diligence after not hearing any follow up, I called in and spoke With a Maruszczak representative, who offered no apology. Simply stated that I myself could make the drive to pick Up the filter today or would have to wait until Monday for someone to be able to drop one off. Perhaps I expected too much, but when you pay in full for an appliance along with a delivery and install fee, don't you expect to receive said appliance in its full working condition? I simply asked if I took the time to make the trip up today, could a spare filter then be included -"Nope." We love the fridge, but The reality is we will be looking at red error messages and no water/ice feature for the duration of the weekend because The company we purchased through failed to assure it was installed or present prior to its delivery preparation.

Yet, I still have his number in my phone so I continue to call for appliance repair help when I need it. My Frigidaire oven stopped heating last night so I called Dave and described the issue. He walked me through the troubleshooting and suggested looking at the solder joints on the control board relays. We also talked about suggestions for a replacement stove in case the repair failed. I unscrewed the board and was able to find a solder joint that looked burned. A quick touch with a hot soldering iron, I put it back together and the dad-gum thing worked! I stated: well, sir I never got a call back from you, so I arranged an appointment with someone else. He claimed I didn't leave a message. I said I did, yesterday... He then said "Oh, yeah...I was just about to call you back about that"...to which I responded, I needed the work done, and 20 hours had passed. He then said he didn't respond because I left the message "after hours"... I pointed out: I left the message at 10AM the previous day. He then acquiesced and stubbornly said "have a nice day". If you want business, return messages. If you want business, make sure you have a single phone number people can reach you at. (there's about 3 for this guy if you search the web)...but most importantly, if you want business...don't argue with a potential customer, or make excuses.
