The trainee did little more than incorrectly place, and then over-tighten my fan blade, which the senior tech wound up coming back to remove. *Loss of star (2) is due to the initial "repair" strategy, being to bypass the high & low safety systems of the unit. It would have operated, but it would have done so until catastrophic failure due to the bypass.

My wife was gonna hope in the driver side and drive down to the other end where my daughters team will be. this guy comes out the house scream we can't park here.
