Called to schedule service at my home for a lot of work; replace hot water water, sump and ejector, and some other things. Initially was told the owner was the only one who could give an estimate. Had to wait just to schedule. Two days later I got the appointment for the estimate. On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did. Another local company got the business. If they can't complete something as simple as an estimate, I wouldn't trust to do the work. read more

We've been using these guys to rod our lines for years. They are prompt, friendly, & efficient. Would normally rate them a 5. However, one year ago the service was $240. Six months ago they increased it 25% to $300. Today they raised it another 17% to $350. Grrrr! Perhaps it's time to shop around. read more

Just contracted " The Plumber" to replace a leaking garbage disposal ,was greeted pleasantly on the phone to schedule an appointment and was advised they would install their signature product,Wolverine Brass,or I could obtained my own preference and they would install it.Brian was on promptly on time and quickly and efficiently removed and replaced the unit ,explained the operation and was very informative .Whole visit was 45 minutes and also estimated the cost of replacing our hot water heater when the time comes.Very satisfied with the experience. read more

We had to call a plumber on the 1st day of moving in to our new home when our hot water heater started leaking. There are lots of extended details not necessary for this review. The main point is from beginning to end, we were 100% satisfied. They were efficient, caring and cost effective. I'm always suspect of getting others to do work at my house, mostly as a result of me knowing absolutely nothing about fixing stuff, I don't care to know or to learn and as result, they can tell me whatever they want and I would not know the difference. We had "The Plumber" come out and take a look at our falling apart water-heater and guess what folks, we had a rusted gasket/washer and a loose pipe that was causing all the havoc. To our good fortune instead of "The Plumber" saying "yep, your water heater is "jacked up" and you need a new one". "The Plumber" did the right thing and fixed what the issues were at a fair price. "The Plumber" was kind and courteous and we will call him again if needed in the future. Terrific service, and very affordable. "The Plumber" spotted every issue we needed handled (even though we had only asked for one to be solved - triage) and took care of them with great explanation and efficiency. I now have a basement that is not leaking water from valves and faucets and we can rest easy that old plumbing won't cause a huge mess one day when we least expect it. It killed me not to be able to do it myself, but what he did in a couple hours would have taken us several weekends and possibly a flood to do. In my opinion VERY EXPENSIVE for 1/2 hour worth of work to unplug a bath room drain . A 45.00 service charge , when I did body work we charged for estimates however if repairs were done we did not charge . A 25.00 use of tool, again I did not charge for my tools to repair the car, that were many more then just the one power snake he used and then 116.00 labor and no Senior Discount. Do your self good and check around first . I also sent this information to The Plumber with no response. The low score was part that the service was fast and good however the cost was very high. read more
