Initially was told the owner was the only one who could give an estimate. Had to wait just to schedule. Two days later I got the appointment for the estimate. On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did. Another local company got the business. If they can't complete something as simple as an estimate, I wouldn't trust to do the work.

That was in 2020 but the problem was never fixed. He died the following year but I did not know about this until early this year as I was going thru his old checks. It was then I called Roto-Rooter and asked for a copy of any signed contract. When it finally came, I saw the part I have posted that said when they use a camera, if the camera is not able to see when the problem is due to any obstacles in the way, then they cannot guarantee the problem being fixed. My late husband, 75 yrs old at the time, put his initials on that line but then why charge all the money if you cannot resolve the issue? I am now suing them in small claims court. They have taken no responsibility. My advice: Do Not Use These People!!!! BEWARE!!@

Once job was approved, we paid on the spot with a credit card, technician giving a hand written invoice and an email receipt from the company. They promptly followed up to see how the job went. It went perfectly. If we need plumbing again, we will surely call them. I just wish they'd left business cards behind in case someone we know needs a recommendation for a plumber.

I was driving home at 12:30 Friday to ensure I would be there for 1, when I rec'd a hangup call. Found out later that they couldn't find my house. If they would have taken the time to talk to me (I have blue tooth) I could have given them directions and also told them that my husband was home to let them in. Instead, when I got home at 12:45 and called them back, they told me to rebook. They insisted that the time agreed on was 12 - 3. I have it written on the invoice and in my calendar as 1-3 and no, I did not misunderstand. I'm not impressed with this kind of cavalier "the client is always wrong" attitude. The fact that they couldn't find my house does not impress me either. GPS seems to work for everyone else.

My…read morehusband, a retired union plumber, went over, checked it out and determined the leak was from the well pump piping. Since the crawlspace is shallow, he decided not to fix it himself, but called several plumbers for estimates. This one said they would reduce the price due to her circumstances. To save time, he told the dispatcher the service tech would need 1" or 1 1/4" well pipe with hose barbs. Well, the tech showed up without the correct parts and when he returned the next day, he charged her for the wasted trip that would not have been wasted if he had come with the correct parts. Husband called and spoke to owner and was basically told, "Too bad, so sad." These are not full service plumbers that are ready to tackle your plumbing problem even if you tell them exactly what it is before they get there, and will make extra trips and charge you for them. P.S. When I neighbor tried to pay my husband, he refused and when she insisted, he told her to give it to her church. That's neighborly service.

I'd recommend shopping around and comparing quotes if you have time.
