We have used Hines Plumbing twice in the several years we have owned our home. First for a toilet/toddler/paper towel incident and most recently for our hot water heater. In both instances, I called around to several places literally just to speak to someone. Hines Plumbing was the ONLY place to answer or call me back in both instances. Hines Plumbing was prompt and came and fixed both our issues very quickly. For our hot water heater, the phone call was placed at 0730AM and by 1230PM, it was fixed, no issues, no worries. Jack performed the work on our house both times. Hines Plumbing is a very professional and courteous organization. They perform quality and reliable work. Going forward, if we should have any other plumbing needs, I'm not even going to bother calling anyone else. I needed 20 feet of pipe cleared going to my septic tank. Called Himes first thing Monday morning and explained to the girl on the phone that the toilet was removed and I just needed the pipe routed to septice tank. She said "prices start at $345... I explained that I had most of the work done and she said a tech would have to look at it before I could get a actual price.. I than asked "according to your web sight quotes in Valparaiso where free correct? She didn't respond once again she stated a tech would have to look at it. I asked a second time. Still no response. Then I went ahead and asked for the tech to come out and she said one would call me... That was Monday as of Friday plumbing is fixed (I did it myself) and I'm still waiting on that call. Wow what service... Their mistake. I'm getting ready to remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen all of which need plumbing relocated. Hines will be the last plumber I'll call. The shower floor in our 2nd bathroom had several cracks in the floor. I contacted Jack Hines about replacing the shower. Jack and his crew came in, and completed the job the right way! No shortcuts, no slipshod work. The result is a beautiful shower with a lot of shelves, and a safety handle!
