I bailed out because if they do that what kid of reputation do they have. They even threaten me because I left them for Discount Roofing. I did not like that. After asking a friend for suggestions who really got hit in Lake Village IN, she suggested Discount Roofing so we set up an estimate with them. Mr. Alec arrived and did a thorough inspection. Found many imperfections due to the strong wind and hail damage that came with the Tornado. He explained everything in full detail. After I approved their service and obtained a check from my insurance company. My insurance made it complicated for me to cash the check as they wanted my mortgager to endorse it as-well by having me send check to them in California and wait who knows how long for it to get done. I informed of situation to Alec of Discount Roofing. He immediately took responsibility and said they will take care of it. He did take care of it because within 2 weeks I had worker putting on a new roof, siding and fix some interior imperfections caused by the Tornado. Forgot to mention that they use high quality material and offer lifetime warranty aswell. In addition they add tarp on the ground to catch all garbage and nails that may fly off roof. In 2010 I hired M&M to replace my roof. However, in 2025, I began experiencing a leak, which…read moreprompted me to contact M&M to discuss potential repair options. Given that the roof was designed to last 30 years, I was surprised to learn that it was only halfway through its expected lifespan. M&M sent a salesman, Gregory, who determined that the roof required replacement due to inadequate ventilation. I inquired as to why this issue was not addressed during the initial installation in 2010, and Gregory attributed it to the unavailability of the technology at the time. He then provided a quote for a new roof and departed. I subsequently sought the advice of two other roofing companies, and they determined that the roof was in good condition, with the shingles exhibiting normal wear for their age. An inside sales manager from M&M contacted me to inquire about the status of the new roof purchase, and I informed him that I was leaning towards a repair. He offered to send Gregory to my location again the following day, but unfortunately, Gregory did not appear. No phone call or attempt to reschedule was made. Now I am trying to get in touch with the inside sales representative, Henry, but he is not responding. I understand that it has been 15 years since the initial installation, but I believe M&M would be the ideal company to perform the repair, given their initial involvement. However, I suspect that they may be more interested in replacing the roof entirely, rather than providing a cost-effective repair, which is causing me significant frustration with M&M, a company I trusted 15 years ago.
