This is a new construction unit 1 year old that has had back to back renters over the past year. Mr. Burris came out and was unable to unclog the toilet with his rod. He then told the guest that it is not their fault. "Its a cheap toilet". Can you imagine a plumber saying that to a guest when he was not even able to clear the clog - and has NO IDEA what they may have put down the toilet?? The toilet never had any issues. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself the time, aggravation, inefficiency, and avoid these people. Luckily, because of the other reviews I saw about Mr. Burris I had a large plumbing company scheduled as a back up. He walked away with his rod. There will not be any more calls to this company for anything from me.
