The cleanup crew was out within 24 hours and had the issue mitigated. Vance was awesome and very friendly. The crew to fix the damage was out the start of the next week and repaired the same day (I forgot the gentleman's name but also very friendly).. A few weeks later a neighbors fridge water line failed causing water to leak into my kitchen. I called the same team who fixed my bathroom, this time they were out within 3 hours to assess damage. The next day a crew was out to mitigate, with repair morning after. When you have to do this work it's very stressful, especially when you lose part of your kitchen for a time. But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). I've used another service (CWF) and did not have the same experience at all.

It's clear he is very honest because he didn't have to spend that time on the phone with me when he was not going to obtain business. Unacceptable. Also, asked to to speak to another person in regards of the situation and were told the person was in surgery, yet here we are getting a reply from the owner within a few minutes.
