I had your company come out at May 4. I believe the gentleman was very nice very detailed as far as what would be done to add a mudroom. I even spoke to him about putting up a small deck in front of the house . I was told I would receive an estimate and I have reached out numerous times since then and now we're in June and I have not received an estimate so I've decided I will look for another company to go with. read more

I recently had an old porch scrapped and a new one rebuilt. Gabe came out, took measurements and provided recommendations to making the back porch 2" wider and 2" longer. He provided a contract via email. Once a contract was signed, he communicated a date to build the stairs and finished the job in a day. Absolutely delighted with the work these guys did on our master bath. It took close to 4 weeks. From demo to plumbing, structural, electric, extensive tile work, a self standing tub, paint and cabinets. All done flawless with an almost fastidious obsession with detail that exceeded my own. I cannot recommend these guys more. Puntual, reliable. Only once they left the site because they forgot to buy something. That's how well organized they were. Every day ready to work. And then with a voice to push back when our ideas were not going to work in our own interest. Many times I will note something that I thought was not correctly installed, just to be corrected because there was a logic to his approach. We spend a lot in this project but every penny was well worth it. A year from now we will be hiring them for additional work. read more

If I could give ten stars I would. I wish I would have met Gabriel sooner, as he was the fourth person to come and see about my building renovations (see my previous review for the worst contractor around!). He came by to check out the bathroom and kitchen and was good for his word for an estimate, which was very reasonable and competitive. Gabriel is unique in that he only does one job at a time, meaning he can complete it in the actual time frame and you'll be able to get your home back in record time. We ran into a few bumps -like termite damage, so he had to replace the entire floor of the bathroom and also redo the plumbing. Or when I had a horrible electrician, he got his electrician to come in and actually do the work to code. He's been a true lifesaver and I recommend him to anyone that asks for honest, reliable and good work. We are so happy with our bathroom and kitchen and he really made our vision come to life. read more

Gabriel and his crew at Moremax general construction was an amazing team to work with. We worked with them in building our commercial space. They built the large custom counter, placed the flooring both tile and vinyl planks, wall bases, transition, backsplash and a helped placed a few shelves. They were very professional, great with communication and very understanding of our many questions in the construction process. His team also seemed to genuinely care about ensuring we had a good product to present in our store. Our counter design was not the easiest to make and they definitely made it happen. There was a very transparent discussion of cost and we were able to stay within budget. Their bid was also a good price compared to 4 other contractors we spoke with. It also helps that his team was a great group of kind, good people. Despite the stress of the process on it's own, Gabriel and his team made it easier for us. read more

Hired Gabriel to finish up the remodel in my high rise condo downtown Chicago for 4 bathrooms and the added some other items after. Not the cheapest of the 4 bids I got but he's very prompt, arriving in the morning each day just after 8am and gets straight to work. He's very accommodating and easy to work with.
