Peter did a great job for us. We were updating the shared back stairwell in our condo building, and wanted Peter to come in and replace the treads, install new base boards, repaint., and do some general repairs. As he dug into the job, he discovered that the stairs were built so that each tread was sandwiched between the studs in the wall, and ripping them out would be a much bigger job than he had originally scoped for. Peter adjusted the quote, and we came to an agreeable solution after just a day. Throughout the job, Peter was very responsive, usually checking in and giving us updates daily, which was helpful for a space being used by multiple residents. I had never hired a contractor before and needed to update my master bathroom so needless to say it was an overwhelming experience having to shop around for a contractor, choose a design that would not only be something I like but that would add to my condo's value, and be something that was affordable. First off, his pricing was the lowest of the three estimates but more importantly, Peter's 20 years plus of contracting experience proved invaluable. From the first time we met Peter, in May, he was very professional and gave us great advice when discussing the plan for our new kitchen. He took his time to answer all of our questions and gave us suggestions on which retailers to use for cabinets and other materials. He was very prompt in answering any email or phone call. He was always available when we needed to contact him. During the project Peter was very meticulous and made sure to ask us before major items were complete.
