I'm revising my earlier 1-star review because I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and…read morethis company (Kenny) absolutely earned it! Rather than ignoring my complaint, Kenny leaned right into it. He responded to my review immediately and came over to see how he could resolve the issue. He ordered the necessary parts to repair my deck, kept me updated and communicated throughout the entire process, and showed up today to complete the repair. And he did a beautiful job! My deck looks great, the price was very fair, and Kenny was friendly and professional throughout. Things don't always start out perfectly, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot. Kenny turned a very disappointing first experience into an extremely positive one, and I'm happy to revise my review accordingly! Thank you, Kenny!

Unprofessional and Unresponsive: My Experience with WP Home Improvements…read more I hired William from WP Home Improvements, and it turned out to be a very frustrating experience. He failed to complete the work as we had agreed, and it was clear from his workmanship that he was not familiar with the proper installation process for this type of equipment. He really shouldn't have bid on a job he wasn't qualified to do. When I tried to contact him to address these issues, he went completely silent. He ignored all of my texts and voicemails. This is especially frustrating because he was so quick to respond when he was bidding on the job. Once he had my money, his communication stopped entirely. I would strongly recommend you find a different contractor for your project. Based on my experience with WP Home Improvements, William is unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for his mistakes.
