They do't even deserve one star. Work was done poorly as they do not know what they are doing. Painted color used was wrong. Damaged my property. Addressed these issues many times before they finally responded and agreed to come out to fix it. When the day come....they never showed or called. Reached out mul times again with no response. Huge disappointment. read more

I used this company for a concrete slab and driveway patchwork. Every single thing touched was destroyed and looks worse then before. The asphalt was left as a lumpy mess on my driveway that began to crumble away, the concrete slab has cracks and is crumbling away around the perimeter, and they overpoured asphalt on the walkway in front of my house so there are black stains everywhere. Everything is terrible. I have to pay more to fix the mess that was created. He and his "workers" have no idea what they are doing. It would be fair to return the money I paid because I am stuck trying to fix this mess. I am so disappointed. read more

Hired this company to install a pergola kit.Owner came to site once. Boxes never opened for instructions prior to digging 42" holes for concrete footings. Needless to say, holes had to be re-dug. Concrete fillers sticking up 6" from paver patio and new holes had to be made to "right measurements". Two of the posts are not level and quite visible to the eye. Contacted owner who continually stated "my guys will be there tomorrow". During a phone call he raised his voice to me how I told his "guys" everything was right. It is difficult for a customer to communicate with "guys" who do not understand what you are saying. Nonetheless, I had to hire another competent contractor to repair Olvera's Construction mistakes. After charging me $2000+, I would suggest this contractor take lessons on dealing with customers professionally coupled with, perhaps, visiting a job site to ensure work is constructed safely and correctly. read more

When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

And Keven and Ray did a much more professional, higher quality job. Our activities included electrical (over 40 switches and outlets replaced!), painting, basement ceiling track replacement, painting and installation of a basement handrail, sump pump work, exterior caulking, and duct replacement and sealing. Their hourly rate might be a little higher than some of their competitors, but their total cost, due to their expertise and work ethic, was far less. I was recently referred to Erick from a good friend of mine. He recently had his kitchen renovated, and it came out really nice. All I have to say is Erick and his team did a wonderful job. I couldn't ask for anyone better. Unfortunately, in today's times you have to watch out. There are so many scammers and negligent contractors out there. We had our kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled. And it was amazing. We also recently found out also did Christmas lights and we just him some Christmas lights for us two days ago. Recently had some leaks and I knew he'd be the right guy to contact.
