It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.

Woitek explained everything about the windows and answered all my questions in regard to quality and construction. They worked hard expecially in the cold weather and were very polite in their demeanor and personalities. Woitek pointed out a defect in one of the windows which had a gouge in the frame of the window probably caused during shipment from the manufacturer to the my home. He took a picture of the gouge and assured me that a new piece would be ordered and replaced as soon as it comes in. They finished installing the trim and caulk and cleaned up nicely after they were done. This was a fine experience and I was in trusted hands with Evergreen!
