I ended up scheduling the installation just before Christmas, thanks to an unusually warm winter. The entire process was smooth and efficient: I chose the finish, got on the schedule (they were booked about a month out), and waited for installation day. On the day of the install, the team worked quickly and professionally. I was able to work from home without any disruption -- they were that unobtrusive. The only minor downside was the smell from the chemicals, which is expected with epoxy but worth noting. I worked next to the garage, and the smell was intense. Now, over seven months later, I couldn't be happier. The floors still look great, are easy to clean, and most importantly, they're not slippery at all. I would absolutely recommend Windy City Coating to family and friends.

You can tell by Matt's consistency in genuinely wanting to do right by customers. They're Above and beyond -helpful, insightful, informative, caring, respectful, hardworking, really cares about the quality of his work. I'm glad true integrity in companies still exist. He will offer assistance from picking out the right flooring/color- answer any questions about concerns, as well as provide solutions-usually fixed by himself because he's so handy. The outcome was far beyond what I could have ever dreamed. Before seeing my home, and only hearing my needs via phone, Matt suggested 2 options. We picked one of his suggestions, again he hasn't seen my home yet/ IT IS PERFECT! Look at these results! Also- for someone with big OCD- shout out to the very hardworking young men on his team that worked tirelessly to ensure the flooring lined up perfectly straight- I don't know how, because some of my walls are wonky- but the flooring is laid perfectly. Omg they even fixed the squeaks that were driving my family nuts! This particular home project was my favorite thus far- stress free. No issues before, during, or after- just seamless. They captured what I wanted, helped me pick my selections from their showroom, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. In Mark's words, there are many moving parts-that need to come together on time- and he made it happen, having staff here every day for the duration of the project. Each day I was impressed at the progress made, as well as the fact that I was able to live here, due to how clean his staff kept it. Mark timed everything perfectly.
