Their pricing is competitive and they even did more research for us and found out that the flooring we were going to choose was going on sale the following month, which resulted in us saving over $1000 on materials. In addition, they showed up on time, every single time, worked full days, and had great communication with us. They also instantly came out to fix things that were missed during installation. Fabian's Flooring did our ceramic tile in our kitchen and put down epoxy in our garage. We had major cracks on our garage floor and now you can't find one. What a difference it made. Jane was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable when she came to give us an estimate. The two men that came did an amazing job. They followed all Covid protocols. We called to have our 8 year old furniture cleaned. They showed up on time, they were very thorough and our furniture looks brand new. While working we discussed other cleaning companies and how we were not satisfied with how our carpet turned out. Two major stains were left behind. They asked to see the carpet and with no extra charge removed both troubling stains. This company is a class act! We will we using them again, and recommending them to everyone inquiring. read more

I am a very picky person and found a few minute issues when they were all done but they came out the day after my call and immediately resolved everything. After looking at other flooring companies, we chose Fabian to refinish our wood floors. We have several rooms with the family room being different tan the rest. We were told by others that we needed to pick one color for everything. Fabian said we can have whatever we want and explained how they would do it. They suggested we leave for a few days to let them do their work and have the new stain and finish time to dry. We went on a 10 day cruise while they refinished our floors. They moved the furniture, refinished everything, after it dried they came back, put all the furniture in place so when we returned, everything was done. Our floors are awesome. We couldn't be happier. The price was competitive. Highly recommend. read more

Will never use this business again had 2 floors put in and each one failed was like pulling teeth to get it resolved . Custamer service was terrible would call and never hear back we would email and not get anything back . Finely was told there are going to put a new and differnt floor in , the owner showed up with his crew , went into or bsthroom to check out the cracks in the grout , he started telling my with it would cist a bunch of money to make it right , i came in and told him you put this floor in and if you knew at the time it should of been taken care of then and i would of spent th extra money he started bitching at me and cursing at me he told me my house was a pice of s#!and and bunch of other things should just bulldoze it over and build a new one thr man was not perfessinal at all i started in on him becouse he was making my cry and very upset , he told his crew to pack up were are out if here , i told him him you leave and ill take you to court his comments were i could care less try to take me to court calling me names , i told him you will stay and finish my floors , well he did stay we left for awhile went down to talk to his wife at the store and told her all about it , wasnt hppy about it , well when we got home they were done and gone , didnt clean up woeth a dame found 3 holes in our walls at the trim height just left it not a note about sorry will fix ,. Bottom line is very very unprofessional and i would not recomend at all especially telling a person your house sucks and nothing we do will help just tear it down the man needs to be fired himself and to learn how to treat his paying custamers read more

Beware Fabian's Flooring. Because they seemed to be a large, reputable, family-owned company, I hired them to refinish my oak hardwood floors. Phil, the owner, told me that I did not need to take down my floor-to-ceiling linen drapery in my bedroom. "Just loop them up," he told me. The workers not only got polyurethane on my drapes -- the drapes that were about three feet off the floor -- they got the stuff on my walls and woodwork. The drapes are ruined. The walls and woodwork have to be sanded and repainted. OK, we'll live. But you want to know the worst part? Phil would not come back to my house to see the damage, perhaps because his son, Phil Jr., did the work. Although he would not come see it, he told me they could not have possibly damaged my home. He did return my $450 check. But the drapery was custom-made at Calico Corners in Hinsdale and cost $1,200. I don't know how much it will cost to fix the walls and woodwork. And frankly, I am mad at myself for trusting them. Please learn from my mistake. read more
