    horrible service

Still waiting for them to fix my flooring. Also right after it was put in they did not want to fix one of the rooms, 2 years later ...we have only been open for 15 months because we were closed due to covid another area is separating. Where are they?? Would be great to have them fix there issues. Do not go here for flooring. Look elsewhere. The floor is getting worse whhile I am waiting.

I worked with Chuck G. to get my staircase and upstairs landing done. I could not be happier with the results. Chuck was incredibly helpful and accommodating to make sure it was done exactly the was I envisioned it. I was so impressed with the hardwood installers. They gave their attention to all the details needed to make my stairs perfect. They were true craftsmen. Chuck set us up with the installers who were perfect for the job. He was also very helpful in choosing the perfect carpet for the runner on the stairs. I would highly recommend Landmark Flooring to anyone with flooring needs and they will most definitely be getting my return business.

Landmark Flooring recently restored our dining room hardwood floor after water damage left the old floor severely buckled. Exceptional!

We recently had a water leak that left our dining room floor buckled and jutting up nearly six inches from the sub-floor. Based on two previous five-star experiences with Landmark Flooring, one for tile on a sun porch and another for bedroom carpet, we called them to assess the damage and restore the floor. The owner, Nick, came out immediately himself to assess the job, provided reliable contacts for the non-flooring work, and they started quickly. We have ten-year old hard wood floors throughout that have experienced varying levels of traffic and sunlight over the years, so we were pleasantly surprised by how well the newly finished floor matched the hardwood in rest of the house - that is a tough request. The workers were clean, courteous, and very respectful of protecting our furniture and window treatments while they worked. Another exceptional result and tremendous value for what we paid. We will continue to be loyal customers to Landmark Flooring for future projects - hopefully the next one will be planned!

    Before carpet install...

This is the second time I have used Landmark Flooring. The first was for LVP flooring which I had installed throughout the kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and laundry room. It came out looking like a model showroom quality advertisement. Absolutely stunning! So why wouldn't I use them for carpet in the bedroom?! Not only was it reasonably priced, it turned out beautiful as well. I would highly recommend them. Crazy not too!

I get it. 5 stars, really? Yes, without hesitation. Had Coretec installed a couple days ago and it looks better than expected. The Landmark staff from sales to office to installers was top notch. Materials delivered the day before installation made install day go fast. No BS, flooring was being installed 5 minutes after they arrived. What was thought to be a 2 day install was done in 6 hours and looks great. Booking another job soon. Thanks Landmark!

middle piece of laminate flooring that came out.

Had the worst experience with Landmark. got close to 10k in carpet and laminate and from start to finish was a total disaster. The laminate was installed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. the installers looked only about 15 years of age. With in 3 days the floor was separating and there became gaps. larger gaps that you could see the floor underneath. and a few scratches, Sent pictures right away and was told it would be took care of. In the meantime, ordered 5k in carpet. That was installed and they covered the entire furnace vent in one of the rooms. and also placed a nail tack in the middle of the floor, also didn't put the divider strip between the laminate and carpet between rooms so the floors were not help in place and shifting. Called right away about carpet, all while the laminate still hadn't been addressed, said someone would call and it would be next week. totally unexplainable. when I mentioned about the issues with the laminate and resent the picture. We were told that we did by moving something on it and that we would have to pay. (landmark was the one that moved appliances at installation). called the owner and he did get someone out there the next day but charges us 150 for that. Finally got the issues resolved untill today when we bought a new dishwasher and as the installation person was removing the old one. there was a chunk of laminate flooring that just pooped out. How does a piece just pop out. Again called the owner direct and was told that the installation guy had to have done it. Again how can someone just pull up a center piece of laminate? was again told that i had to pay to have someone come out tomorrow to fix it, and they wanted payment upfront. When i called and told them i would pay after the issue is completed. i was told that they will not send anyone out to the house unless i paid first. ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. but let me remind you they were calling us daily for balance due. even got a personal text from the owner himself asking me to call in and take care of the balance and the guy will be out the next day. I would never recommend this company or service to anyone.

Here is a pic of the one piece vinyl flooring that Landmark installed for me. It looks just like tile and it so much cheaper!

The team to do the work showed up on time, were very polite, kept it clean, and did a spectacular job. I wish we would have taken a before picture because the floor was terrible. The after picture looks like brand new floors were installed. Wow! Thanks guys!

Update: they have finally gotten back to me (after 4 emails, an estimator coming out, and 2 phone…read morecalls) and they will re-glue the vinyl threshold tomorrow at no charge (and the guy Clinton who did it was impressive! I tipped him). The owner was able to suggest some other options for downstairs flooring that may better suit our desire to have a darker floor. We do absolutely love the Kardean Luxury Vinyl floor in Opus that we have upstairs, and would love to install that downstairs, seeing that refinishing the cherry colored Brazilian downstairs is so expensive and it does not change it's color. The Kardean Luxury Vinyl Opus floors that they installed upstairs in our master bedroom and hallway were quite good for $3000 back in 2019. The floors are beautiful, easy to clean (I have 2 dogs) and sturdy. The issue is that the vinyl thresholds that were provided are of so-so quality (it appears that Kardean does not have a decent threshold), so, unless Creative Flooring make their own out of wood and match the color, you're stuck with bad thresholds. I pushed for this on one of the bathrooms adjoining the floor, and that threshold is excellent. I wish I had pushed for that on all the thresholds. We make sure to step over and not on the thresholds to preserve them. Their recent proposal by Fernando Reyes to refinish our downstairs wooden floors seems quite high at $5400--there's around 568 sq feet--dining room, half bath, kitchen, family room. He said we have Brazilian Cherry (installed by previous owner), and I thought it could be darkened, but he said not. Update: after my talking to the owner Fernando says yes he can darken it but gave me no idea of what color it would turn into. $5353 --$9.42 a sq foot. I'm not sure I have solid cherry either, as another company said I have an engineered cherry that can only be sanded once. So.... And, I'm still in disbelief that the measurements are not quoted on my estimate at all. When I measure, I get 568 feet for half bath, small hallway, kitchen, family room, and dining room. So, I also asked re the Kardean glue down flooring and got 2 options: 1. $6919 to glue Kardean vinyl to existing hardwood floors. That's a really high charge considering the Kardean Opus vinyl is now discontinued, and can be gotten delivered to my home for 3K 1000 sq ft easily searching online. So, they're charging me $4K for installation. They know it's been discontinued because I told him, after researching it myself. $12.18 sq foot for vinyl 2. $6469 to float Kardean vinyl on foam to my existing hardwood floors (in case someone wanted to have the hard wood later on) $11.38 a square foot. Not sure why this would be less than above. Can you see how insane these quotes are? I was quoted $2000 to do this job as a wood refinish back in 2012 with the repairs and moving of the appliances. I almost think I could get quotes to rip out the cherrywood and replace it with engineered maple for these costs on luxury vinyl. I don't know what the story is here, but I'm guessing their hardwood salesman is third party and he only gets a fraction of what he quotes me and he prefers to quote for wood refinishing over installation of vinyl (maybe vinyl goes to someone else). I'm not sure if their salesman is telling me the truth about the thickness of the cherry as why would another company tell me it's very thin, and can only be sanded and refinished once. So, as they say, get at least 3 different quotes.

You can tell by Matt's consistency in genuinely wanting to do right by customers. They're Above and beyond -helpful, insightful, informative, caring, respectful, hardworking, really cares about the quality of his work. I'm glad true integrity in companies still exist. He will offer assistance from picking out the right flooring/color- answer any questions about concerns, as well as provide solutions-usually fixed by himself because he's so handy. We picked one of his suggestions, again he hasn't seen my home yet/ IT IS PERFECT! Look at these results! Also- for someone with big OCD- shout out to the very hardworking young men on his team that worked tirelessly to ensure the flooring lined up perfectly straight- I don't know how, because some of my walls are wonky- but the flooring is laid perfectly. Omg they even fixed the squeaks that were driving my family nuts! This particular home project was my favorite thus far- stress free. No issues before, during, or after- just seamless. Her explanation was that once there's water damage in one area that can impact the entire floor. No workable solutions were provided or attempts to actually help us. The "water damage" was also determined from a number of pictures that I, the customer, took. No one from Sherlock's or the manufacturer actually came out to look at anything. The flooring is supposedly covered under warranty for 20 years for most issues. It was a long drawn out process that resulted in nothing. Very poor business practices.
