I thought putting in LVP flooring in the basement for incoming tenants would be easy and a nice touch. No one likes carpet, and I always try to make my properties nice for my tenants. As the previous guy ripped up the carpet (and a part of my wall, clearly he didn't know what he was doing) we found a very uneven basement concrete floor. Not just that, when we started taking off the baseboards, the boards began to crumble. I realized that I needed an expert to help finish the job after ensuring that there was no water intrusion. Could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at The Floor 4u was tremendous. Our neighbor recommended Matt and said he was the best around. HE WAS RIGHT. The entire process was low stress and both Matt and Pat really worked with us on making sure we got the floors we wanted, while staying within our budget. Pat took the time to take us around the showroom and really talk us through all the options we were considering. Julie always made sure to check in the day before each of our installs to make sure we were ready to go and on the same page. They worked with our busy schedule to make sure they came on a day where we would be home. They even came on the weekend to do the carpet install on our stairs! On the day of the install, Matt, Kobey, and Drew installed our entire upstairs flooring in one day. Matt even saw a few drafts we had in our bedroom and made sure to seal those up before they put down the flooring. Something that he did not have to do but was just another example of how The Floor 4u goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done the right way at the highest quality. Rodolfo did the stairs and he noticed that one of our stairs was loose so he fixed that stair and then proceeded to check each stair after that to make sure they were all solid before installing the carpet.
