I had a pretty straightforward job: nail-down carpet in a bedroom that had built up a lot of pet hair over the past year or so from my cat. They mentioned up front that pet hair can be tough to remove, so I kept expectations realistic. The tech showed up right on time, set up quickly, and had everything done within 30-45 minutes. Told me to give it about 24 hours before moving furniture back in (besides the bed), and when it dried and wow. Carpet looked brand new. All the pet hair was gone, which honestly surprised me given what they said. Price-wise, totally fair $150 flat for one room, no hidden fees, no upsells. Exactly what they quoted. For a one-room deep clean that hadn't been touched in two years, I thought that was a great deal. Overall, 5/5 professional, on time, easy to book, and did an excellent job.
