Dave was awesome and he had great communication with the weather being so bad! He did the process on my carpets for pet stains that I did not even know were there. He was so friendly and did a great job. I will definitely be using him again! read more

I was quoted a reasonable price for the carpet cleaning of two rooms and a closet. It was $187. When David arrived he said that he would have to charge me $65 more because he had to carry his equipment from the parking lot to the elevator and then to my condo. This was ridiculous. The price was ridiculous. Also I discovered areas in the bedrooms where cleaning wasn't done like opposite side of the bed. What part of the service that could improve is honestly. Integrity is everything. Did he do a good job maybe 6/10. read more

Dave did an exceptional job on my carpets!!! He was super kind and professional! Carpets hadn't been cleaned in years but he restored them to almost new!! The best part was the carpet was soaking wet! I highly recommend him! Looking forward to using him again! read more

By far thee best carpet cleaning I have ever had! It actually deserves way more than 5 stars read more

I am so impressed whenever I have used David to clean my carpets and sofa. He used a cleaning fluid that is safe for children, adults and pets. The drying time is about 1 hour so I don't have to worry about my carpet padding staying wet and getting mold. I highly recommend using Oxi Fresh! read more

OxiFresh is the best carpet cleaning service you can get! David is awesome! He deserves 10 stars or more! I would only have him clean my carpets! Yesterday was the 3rd time I had him clean my carpets and I am very very happy with the results. I am so happy I found his service!! I have dogs and my carpet smells fresh and new! I recommend him to all my friends! Linda Smith read more

David is awesome! He just left and the carpet looks and smells wonderful. He really took the time to explain what his machine and equipment does and how everything works. He even showed me what came up from the carpet (which makes me a customer for life now). Thanks David, we really appreciate your work! read more

David has been to our house in Munster, IN twice to help us get our new house refreshed and ready for move in! He always calls ahead of time to let us know he's on his way and is usually even early. The carpets look amazing and he has also done some upholstery cleaning for us. Both sofas and armchair looked awesome once he was done with them. And the carpets weren't soaking wet, were totally fine to walk on/vacuum after an hour and smelled amazing! Highly recommend. read more

Efficient, professional, courteous and quick. From the time I called my appointment was scheduled promptly and very informative about the natural pet/child friendly safe product. Reasonable priced, I was please and will use Oxy in the future. read more

We just moved into a home in St John, IN a few months ago. With all the heavy (and sometimes messy) traffic of movers, deliveries, repairmen, painters, and others the tan, berber carpet took a beating and needed a really good cleaning. Several years ago at our previous home in Illinois, we had Oxi Fresh clean our carpets and were very satisfied so we again phoned them. We spoke with David and arranged for an appointment early the next week. David called us about 30 minutes before our appointment time to let us know he'd be right on time. When he arrived he inspected the entire 5 rooms to be cleaned, confirmed that the original estimate of charges was correct and inquired about several of the heavily soiled and stained areas; coffee, grease, unknown and an odd dark spot where a treadmill had been. He treated each area and the set about with the cleaning. David works quickly and was finished in a little over an hour. ALL of the stains came out and the carpet looked great! Plus, the entire house was dry in less than 2 hours. We highly recommend David and Oxi Fresh. He's friendly, quick, complete and reasonable. read more

The carpet cleaning was on time, fast, friendly, and thorough. I had very old carpet cleaned in my basement following a major renovation of my house. I didn't renovate the basement however, and the old carpeting was filthy. Oxi Fresh made it look great--far better than I anticipated. read more

I saw the reviews on Yelp after spotting the Pxi fresh truck. The reviews were great to I gave it a shot. I went online on a Wednesday and schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. My appt was at 11am. I received a call that he was already in the are and if I was ok with him coming early, I said yes! I took advantage of the whole house deal (5 rooms) for 188.00 I add another from for 30.00!! My carpet looks great. The day before my son spilled dark pop on my light beige rug. The Carpet cleanse I had in the cabinet didn't work. When he sprayed the pre treat the satin was gone! My son had also had some blue slime on his bedroom carpet and that too is now gone! Every satisfied! Will continue to use Oxi Fresh! Oh ya and my carpet was dry in a little over an hour. I am a very happy customer. read more

Loved that I was able to schedule for later in the day. Technician was on time and did a GREAT job. Would definitely hire them again.

We are so happy with the results from our furniture cleaning - it looks fantastic! David is friendly, on time and thorough, he explained everything about the process. We will definitely call David @ Oxi Fresh again. read more

Couldn't be happier with OxiFresh! David came to our house about 20 min early, and was in and out within an hour. Our son had just fallen asleep for a nap and David was able to do all of the rooms around the nursery with barely any noise. The carpets look amazing and he was so knowledable about how to retain their good condition. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and will be calling him within the year. He made the whole experience so easy and made it less daunting to think about doing this on a regular basis. Can't street enough how happy we are with the results! I also want to note that David also moved all of the furniture out of the way, cleaned underneath then cleaned the main area twice. We just made sure we took all knickknacks off the top so nothing would fall over, but he took care of the rest. He even plugged our clocks back in and everything. He was extremely thourough. His timeliness was due to how efficiently he worked, not due to him cutting corners! read more

My carpet looked like every dog in America took a whiz. Dark spots, yellow spots, nastiness abounding. I had it cleaned just a few months before by another company and the spots came back almost immediately Thank God for this gentleman. He owns the Oxi Fresh in Munster/Schererville/St. John area and he is my champion. My carpet looked new...NEW and that is saying a heck of a lot. He was also honest about what could and could not be done. I greatly appreciated that. But I have to say that whatever he thought might not come out, the carpet looked like I just bought it. Thank you so much! I have set another appointment and will be using this company for my monthly cleanings. I like my carpet to look stellar and these are the people who will keep me there! read more

Great decision. Amazing results. If you have pets, this is a must. Carpet smells fresh. Carpet dry in an hour or so. Deep removal of pet hair. Will do 2-3 times a year. Will have them back to do furniture upholstery. Great respect for the owner and his crews. read more

I just had my carpets cleaned by Oxi Fresh and I have to say that they look amazing. George removed every stain from my carpet. He did a very thorough job moving furniture that other carpet cleaners that I had would never move. My carpets were completely dry within a 1/2 hour. I also noticed that the rooms smelled clean and fresh unlike other cleaners which would leave a musty smell. After George left my dog cut her paw and walked all over the living room. I followed the instructions that George left and they came up immediately. I will recommend Oxi Fresh to all my friends and I definately will be using George's service again. read more

I was all set to go with the local business. When I called I was directed to a call center. The lady was not overly friendly. Quoted me a very high price and said they mail put coupons in the Value Pack and that I should look around for one. I'm looking around.....for someone that wants my business! read more

Oxi Fresh and George my technician did a fantastic job. He was very honest about the stains as to which stains would come out and which stains may be lightened but may still be somewhat visible. He did a great job on my carpets. I have had a challenge in the past with other carpet cleaners where they add extra fees and double room costs. Oxi Fresh quoted me a fair price and when they came to my home, they did not surprise me with any add on costs.I highly recommend OxiFresh in Muster and especially George. read more

The drying time was significantly shorter than previous carpet cleaning with competitors. Old stains were removed that others claimed could not be cleaned. The friendly, prompt service and reasonable rates for the quality will ensure our business will be given to Mr. Shinkan's franchise in the future. read more

This is the second time that we used Oxi Fresh Cleaning and all we can say is WOW! The carpets are clean, dry and look like we just had new carpeting put down. The process is fairly quiet and no hook up to water from your bath tub. I would highly recommend them. Oh yes, the price, what a deal in comparison to the carpet cleaning company that I used previously to Oxi Fresh. I really can't say anything bad about the work and total experience. Thank You. read more

I have used Oxi Fresh before. The carpets always turn out great. David is great! He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It is wonderful to have a service company that you can trust. read more

Did a great job and reasonably priced! My carpet looked like new after it was finished! I would definitely recommend!

Great service and great prices. Owner himself came out my house to do the cleaning. Our 15 year old rug looks brand new. What a nice change not to have our carpets soaking wet after a cleaning! read more

George is just the best!!! He's so helpful!! He goes above and beyond the job and my carpets are so fresh and clean!! He's amazing!!!

Because he is busy, you might have to wait a while to schedule cleaning, but once George is there, he does a nice, efficient job. I had some upholstery and my stairs cleaned, and it made a big difference. Liked the fact that stairs were dry so quickly. read more

The cleaning is done thoroughly and quickly. Great job and friendly service. George actually care about doing a good job!

Terrible customer service...never showed after 3 appointments. One call to reschedule and then stood up twice..the worst! The manager said he would come personally, and not only did he no-show, after promising to come and charge me 50% off due to the inconvenience, he wouldn't return my call..the worst customer service, I ever experienced! read more

Called today to make appointment and was very disappointed. Alyssa in the call center told me that they only have one representative in my area and he only works Monday-Friday until 5pm. So if you have a "normal" job you have to call off work if you want your carpet cleaned. I asked her to see if they would do it on a Saturday, Alyssa put me on hold and came back to say that George said NO. He is too busy at night with his kids, coaching on the weekends and he didn't want to be bothered. I questioned the fact that they were voluntarily turning away business and she suggested I call someplace else, wow, OK. I'm sure there is another company that wants my business! Great, glad to hear George is a hard worker and dedicated to his family, WE ALL ARE. However, that was not the issue of my review. Call center is rude and company doesn't seem flexible to work with people who WANT to give them business. George needs to be aware of the impression people get when they call. TOO bad other people don't feel the same way, oh but they must because there is another review that states a similar problem. read more
