He explained what needed to be done to repair the bed frame in lay terms that I could understand. With approval from the moving company, Jim returned to repair the bed frame. During my interactions with Jim, I found him to be knowledgeable and experienced with furniture repair techniques, honest with what he could or could not do, and he repaired the bed frame, which is now usable.

Anthony had not started the table claiming there was sickness in the family and he had other customers he needed to take care of first. I called him again on April 15th to find out the status. He had not started on my table but said he would start today. Later in the day, he called me back with pictures of the disassembled table and quoted me a price $150.00 higher than the negotiated price. I refused to pay the newly quoted price and he said he would stick it with the rest of his unfinished inventory. Currently, I am without the table and also the money that was initially paid. I found Anthony to be a very untruthful, difficult person to do business with

Donna was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She gave practical advice, and spent a long time looking through upholstery samples with us. We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results. The colors are stunning, and great care was taken to line up the complex pattern of the upholstery with the tufting. Excellent service and excellent results. We will be back with future products.
