I needed just the stairway in my condo cleaned. All of the carpet cleaning companies quoted a…read moreminimum of around $100, so I settled on MasterClean as their receptionist was friendly. When they arrived, they said it would only take few minutes. About 10 or 15 minutes later, they were done. When I inspected the stairway, it didn't look all that much different than before they started. Some, but not much. So I mentioned this to the employee and he responded "That's because the carpet is worn out." I knew it wasn't worn out, as it is good carpet, and not that old. Then I showed him an area I had cleaned myself with a retail product and pointed out how much cleaner that spot was. He then said, "Okay, I'll go over it again." A few minutes later he was done. When I looked at the stairs, it did look a bit better, so I paid him and he left. It wasn't until later that day that I realized he had only done half of the stairs the second time. Now I'm stuck with an unsatisfactory job, and will likely be calling another company to come back ad re-clean the carpet. What bothers me most about this job is how the employee could claim the carpet was worn out as an excuse for a poor job. Seems like a bad business practice to me.

They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and communicated their plans thoughtfully. They protected wall corners and the bar to avoid damage. No seams can be visible anywhere! They left the place in immaculate condition. Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job. Special thanks to Autumn, the sales rep who advised us on the carpet choices and pricing options. She was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. Also, kudos to Mark, the scheduler, who was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with.
