We couldn't be happier with our experience with Creative Carpet & Flooring in Highland, IN. From the day we first walked into CC & F to look for carpeting thru the date of installation, CC& F customer service was outstanding. Autumn Sibo patiently answered all of our questions, explained the differences between various types of carpeting, and ordered samples to be sent to our home. She arrived at our home at the arranged time to measure and prepare an estimate, which we received quickly via email. She also called to go thru the estimate details over the phone. Once an install date was set, she remained in contact with us via email and phone. Our installers, Dave and Noah, arrived on time and were efficient, professional and respectful of our home. They even swept the driveway when they were finished. We had a few special requests during installation (which we made known prior to install day) and they patiently worked with us to meet those requests. We absolutely love our new carpeting and highly recommend CC& F. That being said, I feel that part of the responsibility for a good exerience lies with the homeowner. Anything you can do to make the installers' job easier will go a long way toward helping the job go smoothly: If you have special requests, be sure to make them know before installation. Empty rooms as much as possible and box up knick knacks and any items you don't want damaged. If you can, remove doors in areas to be carpeted. And finally, if you have furniture gliders, use them to help move heavy furniture from room to room. read more

Just recently I had hardwood flooring installed by the Creative Carpet & Flooring Highland, IN location and I as well my family were extremely happy. I would like to thank Steve and the Creative Carpet family, for jobs well done. I just had carpet installed, and in December 2016 had my ceramic tile removed from my kitchen by Creative Carpet and they replaced it with one their luxury vinyl tile flooring, that I love. I was concerned that by the ceramic tile being thicker than the vinyl, I would have these big gaps between my doors and floors as well as the door frames, I expressed this to Steve and he knew just what needed to be done, to prevent that, without breaking my wallet, and me having these gaps, thanks Steve, turned out perfect. We recently had several rooms installed with new carpet and flooring. The results are amazing! Steve was extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick out just the right colors and patterns. He took the time to give us several options to transform our entryway and living room into a functional and beautiful addition to our home. I called Creative Carpet to get the ball rolling and Brian (in Mokena) had someone out to measure the next day (this was a Thursday and I was coming in on Saturday). I told him what I wanted and of course my price range, and he showed me the samples and was thorough in describing the pros and cons of each one according to where the carpet was being installed. I was told when someone would be calling to set up an installation date (which was the time frame he gave me), and the carpet was installed at my first available date and time. Went to Creative C&F for a custom area rug for my dining room. Worked with Steve who listened to the description of my room and my was a great help pointing me to the styles and colors that he thought would work. He set me up with a pile of samples to take home which made it easy to make the right selection for my space. They had my rug bound to my exact size requirements and to me in less time than quoted. Price was way less than I would have paid for a smaller pre-made rug from any big-box furniture store - with a much better selection to choose from.
