They protected wall corners and the bar to avoid damage. No seams can be visible anywhere! They left the place in immaculate condition. Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job. Special thanks to Autumn, the sales rep who advised us on the carpet choices and pricing options. She was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. Also, kudos to Mark, the scheduler, who was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. The quality of their work and their professionalism exceeded all expectations. I was going with this company based on a recommendation but after the poor customer service and quite frankly rude staff, I will be going elsewhere. You must not need the business that bad. I would advise all who order specific cabinetry to not only submit a picture of what they desire but also to sign the exact spec sheet of the Schilling building plan. in addition, before starting a major bath rehab which might demand a cast iron tub breakdown, I would advise waiting until "after" your vanity and top are delivered and accepted. I gave Schilling a 5 star review,not only for a great finished bath rehab, but also for employing stellar personal that was able to make that happen. In the end, a long 80 year plus success is about the people who make up the company

We had a negative experience with a flooring contractor, Floor By One - Premier Flooring Inc. My partner worked at their St John location and when the irate contractor showed up there to confront him about *my* negative review after the issue, my partner went to HR to ask them to intervene, to keep the issue out of his workplace. Again, because it had nothing to do with the Schillings or their store. Instead of intervening on my partner's behalf, Schillings mobilized their staff to intervene on the contractor's behalf, after attempting to strong-arm my partner to have me remove my negative review. The sales manager Kyle Patterson, his wife, Derek a salesperson in flooring I'd met several times and other individuals reviewed bombed the flooring contractor's Google page with five-star reviews over the course of a couple days in an attempt to offset my negative rating. I am dumbfounded why the Schillings would authorize the harassment of a customer of theirs in defense if an irate contractor who ghosted us. Or actively participate in the harassment of one of their employees.

What I have come to appreciate most is my understanding other places try to sell you way worse carpet padding. And Hometown did better for me on price.
