I purchased kitchen cabinet from Granite Master this was an insurance job due to water leaking they were unable to match my cabinets so the insurance company replaced the cabinets I have 5 doors showing hair line crack where you pull to open the door I called them about they said the manufacturer they deal with would do nothing. They didn't even want to stand by the product they sold. I even purchase quarts counters and backsplash Granite close to $10,000.00 Granite Masters suggested I purchase new doors . I've had them nearly year. Very disappointed in how they handle this for me not even a call back after repeated attempts to contact them I had to keep calling them. Very dissatisfied for this reason I cannot recommend their cabinets. read more

I stopped in here to get a price estimate so i could compare with other places in the area. The showroom was empty when i walked in After a minute unfortunately the European office lady showed up and was extremely unpleasant. She seemed annoyed that i wanted to know costs. Her response was "well do you want something nice or something ugly". Then she quickly rattled off some numbers like that was helpful. She seemed to scoff at me wanting a dark colored countertop like i had bad taste and told me bluntly "everyone wants white". They apparently don't have samples in their showroom because i had to follow her into the warehouse to look at the slabs. while walking out she told me i should've gotten white cabinets. just a very unpleasant woman with no interest in making a sale. I have no idea how they are in business with this woman in the showroom. I obviously would never give them my business. read more

We visited several places to have our old brick fireplace covered with marble. A few places said it couldn't be done and a few others took weeks to return emails that they said we would have the next day! Then we found Granite Masters in Schererville and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! The owner, Bob, came to our home to measure and explain the procedure! Within 2 days, he emailed us a price that was below other quotes and actually within our budget! Work started in a timely manner (even though we were in the middle of a pandemic) and was finished in just a day! We couldn't be any happier with the results! I'm giving this establishment only 2 stars. When I walked into the office, there was no one there. I kept yelling hello and finally a woman came out from the back. She seemed very annoyed that I was there. I had to almost beg her to see quartz. She didn't ask me anything about my project, instead I had to keep asking her questions about the materials they had available, timing, etc. It seemed odd that everything I looked at had the same price. When I was finished looking at the quartz I had to prompt her to take my number to call me back to schedule a visit from someone who could measure the job. That was almost three weeks ago. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

We remodeled our kitchen and got new countertop, backsplash and island counter. We chose a dark leathered looking granite for the counter. We chose a the most gorgeous light colored quartzite as a focal point for our island and the backsplash. We were nervous how it was going to turn out but it is absolutely gorgeous! Bob and Lily are awesome! The install guys were super nice and very professional. Bob did a great job trying to keep the price down. Their selection was huge and pricing was fair. Walked into this showroom looking for a source for granite countertops. Front door unlocked, all the lights on, eerily not a soul heard me call out hello, hello numerous times. I went outside and walked way around back, nobody in sight. Deserted. I went back inside, looked around. Called hello, hello and nobody. I went out front looking around and dead. I went back inside and thinking somebody might be dead. Who in their right mind leaves a showroom wide open, just ready to be robbed and/or vandalized? Finally, a Cruella de Ville type lady waltzed out and asked in an Eastern European accent, can I help you? Where have you been? Well, I was in the work area, she exclaimed. She shows me around and has very little interest in properly selling counter tops to a prospective client. Mean, short and dismissive. The Hell if I'm ever going to come here and spend my money with such a poor attitude. So long, Miss Mean! You have no skills selling a sack of potatoes let alone granite counter tops. We just finished a kitchen remodel and purchase beautiful quartz countertops with granite masters. We have used them once before for a bathroom. Both times we have had great results and a great experience. They have a huge selection with very comparable prices they beat Momax and schilling prices with a better looking countertop than what we saw there. We did have a wall that was uneven and the countertop didn't quite fit right at the initial install but Bob was quick to respond and recut the piece to fit exactly. Would for sure use them again and would recommend anyone to check them out. I picked a certain color, the saleman wrote down the wrong one and they sent the wrong slabs. They then refused to correct the problem and forced me to take the incorrect counters or they would take them back, keep my money, and not cut and install the ones I picked. Then they offer $200 off to resolve this, I said $300 and they agreed. Got called back and said that they will only do $150 after the deal. The supervisor refused to talk to me and help the situation. DO NOT use them for your counters. read more

NEVER AGAIN. My one and only visit started with being "greeted" by female with a sour expression, disheveled appearance, and annoyed demeanor. She did not introduce herself or take time to understand my project, vision, or budget before marching me into a cramped, dank warehouse. There was a good variety of inventory but pricing was a mystery. When asked, all I got was "That's Expensive". My general compliments (Ooh! That's pretty! Look at this granite!) were met with "that's SOLD" "that's NOT granite (eye roll, sigh) that's Quartzite". I'd shared our color chips for the project in hopes of developing rapport and collaboration. Instead, she implied I was foolish to try matching and shouldn't "freak out". This woman was not interested in partnering with or consulting her would-be buyer. Her remarks were snarky, snippy, condescending, belittling, and generally rude. I support small local business but refuse to do so in an environment where I am neither valued nor respected. read more

We hired Granite Masters for our kitchen countertops and everything went well. We shopped at the big boxes and none of them seemed to have the knowledge to do the job that we wanted. GM was very competitive on price. The sales staff was professional and knowledgeable. They sent competent and professional installers that did a great job in our kitchen. We had a small call back to get one of the wall receptacles to fit properly and they responded quickly. Our experience was a good one. read more
