Bob( I believe it was) informed me that I would receive an estimate in about a week. After several phone calls (the last being at the end of April) and "sorry I'm out of the office or I will get the estimate to you as soon as I can". I decided to go with another flooring company (Hultman Flooring). I would never recommend B & E Flooring.

I phoned the office and he came out to look at them and said he would stand behind his work and to call his wife Emily to schedule an appointment when the weather warmed up enough to open the windows. I did that and all I got from her was the run around. Here it is a year later and the floors still aren't repaired. I've reported them to the BBB and am writing a letter to the Indiana Attorney General. BUYER BEWARE! Find another company to deal with. This company does not stand behind their work. We paid a lot of money and feel like we were cheated. I think this is called fraud! (I don't know why it says we live in San Francisco. We live in Indiana)
