I've reported them to the BBB and am writing a letter to the Indiana Attorney General. BUYER BEWARE! Find another company to deal with. This company does not stand behind their work. We paid a lot of money and feel like we were cheated. I think this is called fraud! (I don't know why it says we live in San Francisco. We live in Indiana)
