I contacted the company via email, and I received a response within an hour. The prices were outlined and very reasonable. The day of my appointment, I received a reminder call stating the exact time someone would be at my house. Richard showed up, and brought my carpets and rugs back to life! I'm not sure the last time the carpet on my basement stairs had been cleaned, but after cleaning them they looked great! He was even able to get a very old piece of gum out of them. I got hold of them through Facebook Messenger, and got a response fairly quickly from them. Now if you're looking for cheap labor, stop looking here. As a Christmas gift, I had my parents carpet in their bedroom and the grout in their kitchen and foyer professionally cleaned. Rich was easy to get scheduled, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. My parents got two puppies recently and they snuck into their master and peed on the carpet. My mom was worried the smell wasn't going to clear after trying to clean it repeatedly themselves.
