    My husband booked this cleaning service for me, as I am physically disabled with a long history of…read moreasthma -- cleanliness is not optional for my health. We completed 3 appointments before I made the decision to cancel all future bookings. To be clear: **this review is about the company, not the staff.** The service was for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd floor apartment. **What went well:** Our first cleaner, Nora, was exceptional -- meticulous, detail-oriented, and genuinely took pride in her work. She dusted thoroughly throughout the home, including the blinds, without being asked. We requested her for every subsequent appointment and added services like oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and blinds each visit. **Where things went wrong:** During our second appointment, the combination of refrigerator cleaning and full-home blind cleaning was simply too much for one session. Nora worked until after 8 PM and still left 4 rooms of blinds incomplete. No fault of hers -- I flagged to the company that booking two labor-intensive add-ons simultaneously sets cleaners up to fail. By our third appointment, Nora was no longer with the company. Our new cleaner, Flor Magaly (personable and prompt), informed me she does not dust -- she uses rags instead. It was also noticeable that she was frequently on her phone chatting throughout the appointment, which I believe contributed to her lack of attention to detail. The blinds were left visibly dusty and untouched. **For someone with asthma, visible dust left behind is not a minor oversight -- it is a health concern.** When I contacted the company for clarification, I made it clear that dusting is a basic component of standard cleaning services at most companies -- and we were paying for **premium**. It should not be something a customer has to specifically request. What I encountered instead was a representative who came across as scripted and impersonal, clearly more focused on completing her talking points than actually listening to my concerns. When I raised specific questions, they went unaddressed. She repeatedly referenced my husband's excellent review as though that nullified everything I was saying. I had to specifically ask her to pull up our **full service history** -- because she was only focused on the last appointment -- before any real context was even considered. I also made clear that while my husband books the appointments, **I am the one present during the service.** I am not one to complain about a worker who is clearly trying -- but I have every right to expect the service we paid for. What followed made everything worse: I called **4 times**, was left in silence mid-conversation **3 separate times** -- told each time it was a "disconnection." However, if that were truly the case, not once did anyone attempt to call me back. I deliberately waited each time, allotting time for a return call that never came. It was always **me** who had to keep reaching back out. I **never reached a manager** despite requesting one repeatedly. My time, my concerns, and my situation were treated as irrelevant. The staff themselves were wonderful. The company owes its customers a consistent standard and basic respect when concerns are raised. For anyone with health sensitivities considering this service -- please ask detailed questions upfront, because the answers you need will not be volunteered.
