What I had an issue with - and this is no slam on the guy (have I mentioned how much I liked the cleaning guy? He was great.) was the SMELL of the cleaning products used. They reek. My apartment actually stunk after. Ugh. Distressing. Luckily, I was able to throw the windows open and let the breezes do their work - and that took care of it, pretty much. That's what keeps me from giving more stars. A chat with the customer service guy informed me that this was hospital grade cleaner, gets rid of MRSA and other nasties. Okay, that appeals to me. Next day, the smell is gone. I can't say I'm a fan of the "natural" cleaning stuff. I'm the one on my knees in my bathroom in a biohazard suit with the damn Tilex and CLEANSER. I just don't think the "natural" stuff cleans as well. Oh well. Actually, I may try them again. Possibly. I'm not sure yet. But the initial smell of those cleaning products . . . yuk.

I'll add that we also upgraded to pet-friendly snow/ice melt, but that seems moot at this point because they have not shown up for a single snow/ice event this entire season. Have placed several calls to the owner (Jacqueline), and she continues to apologize and offer assurances, but they have not been to our property. Today we have had several inches of accumulation and they are nowhere to be found. Left a vm and no response. Strongly recommend against using them for snow/ice removal. Total SCAM.

Was a…read morelittle disappointed in the job the attendant did (or didn't do) but after I sent a few pictures to my contact Jackie she without question scheduled another tenant to come out and finish the job a day later. The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.

My credit card was charged that evening. I have responded to all emails asking for them to contact me to remedy the situation and have called multiple times with no response. They have taken close to $250 without providing any services and have not tried to make the situation right. UPDATE- After the one-star review was posted, I received multiple phone calls and emails to apologize. A refund was issued, so I'm changing the review from one star to three stars.
